M&L for maintanence and servicing of 380 KVA Diesel genarator sets installeed at 515 ABW No.1 Make : cummins Type : KTA 1150 G including connected Alternator and carryng out routine 'A' check of the engine and servicing works as listed below for smooth functioning all as per manufactures instructions and as directed. (a) To check (every 50hrs/ 1 month wichever is earlier) (i) Lubrication greasing to all parts (ii) Check all engine level (b) Fuel system : Drain sedment from fuel tanks. (c) Air System: every 50hrs/ 1 month wichever is earlier (i) Clean pre Cleaner dustpan weekly (ii) Check Air cleaner restriction clean/ change cleaner element if required. (d) COOLING SYSTEM: Check coolent level OTHER MAINTENANCE:- (i) Drainer tank (ii) Check and correct leaks (iii) Drain fuel filter, Water separator. (iv) Check belts & adjust if required. Note: Engine oil/ Radiator coolent oil top up will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for carring out following periodical maintanence on 380 KVA Diesel genarator sets installeed at 515 ABW (a) To check (every 250 Hrs/ Every 6 month (i) Repeat 'A' Lubrication (ii) Changing Engine Oil (iii) Record oil pressure. (b) Fuel system : (i) Check Hydrulic Governor oil. (ii) Check throtle linkage. (iii) Lubricant Bail joints of the throtle linkage of Hydrulic Governor. (iv) Change of Fuel filter. (v) Clean fuel tank breather. (c) Air System: (i) Clean / Change crancase Breather. (ii) Check Air Pipings. (d) COOLING SYSTEM: (i) Check coolent in radiator.(ii) Add coolant concentrate if required. (iii) Check heat exanger zinc plugs. Note: Coolant oil , Engine oil and spare parts which necesitated to be replaced will be measured and paid separatly.

M&L for servicing of Self Starter assembly by disconnecting from engine and dismantling the same, cleaning all accessories, replace the wornout parts like :- brushes, bushes , contact plates, jumping leads and seals, revarnishing the field coil, armature and reassembling the same, refitting with engine and testing for 380 KVA DG set installed at 515 ABW [Make - CUMMINS , Type - KTA 1150] [Delco remy 50MT -24 volt] all as directed.

M&L for servicing of External Battery Charger, 12 volt assembly [Make - Naren] by disconnecting the AC supply and taken to service centre, after dismantling the same, cleaning all accessories, including replacing the burnt parts like diodes, recifiers and DC & AC fuse units and reassambling the same, refitting the engine and testing all as directed .

S & F battery charger 24 volt DC on existing control panel including necessary connections, fixing the volt meter, ammeter and connecting to battery unit, including taking out existing defective battery charger etc complete all as directed.

S & F battery charger 12 volt DC on existing control panel including necessary connections, fixing the volt meter, ammeter and connecting to battery unit, including taking out existing defective battery charger etc complete all as directed.

M & L for overhauling of radiator assembly of DG set 380 KVA by disconnecting and removing from eingine, dismantling the top & bottom chambers, descalling the sediments and scales, corrosion, etc by means of acid cleanig and high pressure water washing, air cleaning, re-assembling the same with new gaskets, including arresting leakage if any and fixing to the engine with new hoses ,clips as required. Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included necessary charge for repacing the defective spare parts, but cost of spare parts will be measured and paid saperatly as listed here-in-after.

Supply and fix in replacement Tacho drive meter including cable assembly 1.5 mtr length [0.200]RPM complete all as directed. Make : KOEL/VDO

Supply and fix in replacement battery terminals, brass complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Automatic Voltage Regulator for alternator 380/275/250 KVA complete all as directed.

M&L for opening the coupling, dismantling the alternator carefully removing the flywheel, dismantling the unserviceable starting gear wheel and supply and fix new staring gear wheel, fixing back the alternator and properly coupled back for 82.5 KVA DG set all as directed.

M&L for providing aluminium clading to the exaust pipe and silencer of the DG sets by engaging highly skilled technicians after removing the existing totally worn out asbestos rope (wherever available) and prepairing the surface, and including 50mm thick high quality glass wool thermal insulator packing which is bidinding tightly with chicken wiremesh of appropriate size & pattern to the exhaust pipe upto 4" dia pipe and neatly finishing, sealing with 24 SWG aluminium sheet all as directed.

M&L for repairing and servicing of 380KVA PT pump assembly and injectors by replacing the unserviceable parts like centre shaft, loading spring, relief valve-2 Nos bearings, governor barrels & plunger-1 Set O-ring kits, gasket kit, injector plunger & barrel -6Nos, ball check -6Nos and calibration and phasing of injectors and FIP in test bench and re-assembling etc complete all as directed.
