Repairs and Complete rewinding of 33/11 kV, 3.15 MVA Power Transformer of WSS Tangnar Stage 2nd

Shifting of 3.15 MVA, 33/11 kV Power Transformer from WSS Tangnar to the works along with all allied accessories. The job includes loading of transformer at WSS Scheme Tangnar on to the trailer/platform truck by engaging hydraulic crane of 20T on hire basis, shifting/transporting it to the works. Unloading the transformer at the repair facility of the firm by again engaging the hydraulic crane. The job involves hiring of 02 labourers for handling of equipment and keeping a look out for signalling the crane operator for any obstruction to prevent any damage to equipment.

De-tanking of the whole transformer and dismantling of coils and core by the skilled labour with all necessary precautions for protecting the core.

Providing & winding of TPC insulated Copper (EC Grade) HT Coils (wire)& LT Coils (strips) as per the sample conforming to IS 13730 & IS 1837 including insulation, cartage, sundries & framework, etc. HT Wire = 3(12 Coils x 16 kg)LT Strips = 3(1 x 161 kg)

De-sludging of the transformer radiator by way of washing the radiator using Kerosene oil and then drying the radiator through suitable means. The job also including repairing the leaking spot through brazing in order to make it leak proof. The job also includes heat treatment of the transformer core-coil assembly inside the oven & heating it up to suitable tempt for minimum of 48hrs in order to remove the moisture content from the assembly

Providing & filling the HT transformer with over 33KV BDV Transformer Oil Conforming to IS: 335/2018.

Filtration of T Oil for achieving the desired Dielectric Strength of over 33 kV BDV.

Re-assembling the HT Transformer by way of placing the Coil-Core assembly inside the tank and fitting the top lid and other accessories to transformer.

Shifting back the HT transformer to the site i.e. WSS Tangnar in a trailer and unloading it by Hydraulic crane suitable for lifting the transformer on full boom length. The job includes Installation of the transformer at site by way of connecting the 33 & 11KV terminals and earthing to the said transformer and successful testing it on full load.

Old material has to be returned to the divisional stores
