Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying DI pipe line all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing ductile iron tubing 100 mm dia, K-7 with all fittings/ jointing materials like gasket, spoon yarn, lead wool etc in trenches all as specified and directed.

S & F cast iron sluice valve of size 100 mm flanged PN-1.6 ISI conforming to IS:14846 hand wheel operated, stainless steel stem with gun metal parts flanged driller to IS:1538 non rising stem PN-1.6 all as specified and directed.

S & F cast iron air release valves with single air outlets, flanged ends, conforming to IS:14845 of size 100 mm dia bore and fixing up in DI water supply mains of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bends any type (radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross, collars, caps and plugs all ends sockets or socket and spigot upto 150 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Cahrge.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan AC single Phase 230 V of size 1200mm sweep with blade white / brown and connected with flexible cord of size 23/0/0076 stranded copper conductor PVC insulated of length not less than 0.7m complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : Orient / Bajaj / Usha / CG / Havells or equivalent as approved by the GE.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan AC single phase 230V of size 1400mm sweep with blade white / brown and connected with flexible cord of size 230/0/0076 stranded copper conductor PVC insulated of length not less than 0.7m complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make: Orient / Bajaj / Usha / CG / Havells or equivalent as approved by the GE.

S & F in repairs ceiling fan regulator electronic five step type 230 volts single phase complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells / Anchor / Cone or equivalent as approved by the GE.

Taking down ceiling fan / exhaust fan of any sweep dismantling and replacing minor parts viz nuts, bolts, split pin and rubber wheel etc over hauling, cleaning, greasing etc and hanging up / fixing back in orginal position, connecting up and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs capacitor of 2.5mfd for ceiling fan exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs bearing No 6201 / 6202/6203 suitable for ceiling fan / exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : SKF / NBC/ TATA / FAG or equivalent make as approved by the GE.

M & L for removing of burnt out copper winding wire from ceiling fan of any make and size of 1200mm to 1400mm sweep including cleaning of slots etc and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size / gauge including insulating material, varnishing and drying complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 14 above but exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.
