WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading compacting stone aggregate of specific size (22.4mm to 53mm) (W.B.M.-G-III) in base coat towater bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness (compacted 75mm, loose 100mm) hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to required density including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc.

Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion(SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing & applying Tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen presser distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granuiar surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less then 200 tonne per hour laying and rolling with 174 H.P. Paver finisher machine and smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades.

Providing and laying premix seal coat by Paver finisher with Hot Mix Plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.70 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade .

Brick edging on both side of road with first class Bricks 8cm wide ,12cm deep laid with mud mortar including cost of all material, labour ,T& P etc. (Per Km.)

Earth Work in filling on S/R daula & patari work for all type of soil with 1.5 mt. lift & lead upto 1.0 km by Truck or Tractor Trolly with spreading, grading to required slope & compaction including all labour T&P etc. required .
