Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

The test should be carried out by the specialised agency/ firm as approved by the Engineer -In Charge. The following Tests to be carriedout on each soil samples i) Particle size analysis ii) Liquid Limit, Plastic Limit, plasticity Index, Swell index for clayey and swelling soils. iii) In-situ density, dry density, Natural moisture content of soil, OMC. iv) Water table level, if encountered within 1.5m depth from the existing GL. v) Soaked CBR (04 days soaking in water)test on soil samples collected at a depth of 0.15 m from existing GL. vi) Recommendation of the Soil consultant regarding the soil stabilization/ ground improvement including thickness of layer to be stabilized/improved to achieve the minimum CBR value of 15.
Lettering with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in appropriate width, colour, arrangement etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing technical services by deploying one skilled mason and one semi skilled helper for repairing by applying epoxy mortar in cracks and damaged concrete pavement surface including cleaning cutting and removing loose aggregate as required at site complete as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Hiring of hydraulic excavator / JCB i/c operator, fuel and maintence etc. complete for working in Airport premises as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
