Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge etc complete all as specified.

PCC type E-2 (1:5:10), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling & mass concrete, sub base, complete all as specified.

Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole covers and the like duly placed on manholes with cement mortar (1:4) complete.

Brick work using bricks as specified in PS clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Brick work in half brick thick wall using bricks as specified in PS-II clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Water Proofing Treatment to RCC roofs comprising of the following : -

Taking down existing water proofing treatment (any no. of layers) from RCC roofs including cleaning the surface including flashings and junction of parapet etc. with wire brushing & water to the entire satisfaction of EIC, complete all as specified.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, laid to slope as directed by Engineer in Charge over RCC roofs as padding, complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick (Average thickness) rendering on roof surface including flashings and junction of parapets etc., finished even and fair in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as recommended by manufacturers after brushing cement slurry @ 1.20 kg/Sq. m, complete all as specified. NOTE: Supply only WPC will be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ.

APP based polymeric membrane laid on primed roofs & flashing by forced application using Butane torch and sealing all joints on primed surface by applying hot blown industrial grade bitumen @ 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/Sq.m over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre over clean RCC/plastered roof surfaces & flashings complete, all as specified.

40 mm thick brick tiles are bedded over 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4), and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on APP membrane complete all as specified.

Water Proofing Treatment to RCC sunken surfaces comprising of :

Rendering 15 mm thick (Average thickness) rendering on sunken surfaes including flashings, finished even and fair in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as per recommended ratio, after brushing cement slurry @ 1.20 kg/Sq. m, complete all as specified. NOTE: Supply only WPC will be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ.

LDPE sheet 150 micron laid over applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq. m & adjoining vertical surfaces including applying bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre over clean RCC/plastered roof surfaces complete all as specified.

NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 7 & 8: For Guarantee of Water Proofing Treatment refer PS clause 11.5 of CA.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

uPVC pipes, 160 mm external dia pipe, type-A, ISI marked (IS:13592) single socketed in any length with or without rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with PVC brackets as SWR / rain water pipes, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified.

uPVC/PVC bends any radius, suitable for uPVC soil waste discharge pipes 160 mm external dia complete all as specified.

25 mm thick, cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, finished rough, as in sub floors or similar locations, complete all as specified.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick, area of each tile exc. 0.17 Sq.m but n. exc. 0.19 Sq.m, on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grout of shade matching to tile laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sq.m but n. exc. 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grout of shade matching to tile laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified. NOTE: Supply only WPC will be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ.

Two coats of interior acrylic distemper/oil bound distemper on old ceiling surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any description, including prepration of wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified and applying the following: - (a) Applying wall care putty, in two coats & smoothening the surfaces as specified. (preparatory to paint as directed). (b) Two coats of interior acrylic distemper/oil bound distemper over and including a coat of interior primer.

Prepration of new plasterd wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified and applying the following: - (a) Applying wall care putty, in two coats & smoothening the surfaces as specified. (preparatory to paint as directed). (b) Two coats of exterior acrylic emulson over and including a coat of water based exterior primer.

Uprooting tree/plants upto 30 cm girth from wall or any part of building upto double storey buildings completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, making good the disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to match with existing surfaces and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified.

500 litre capacity, white, three layered polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including hoisted and fixed in position, making connections, IN-REPAIRS, complete all as specified including the following acessories: - (i) Brass ball valves, high pressure, with GI rod & high density plastic ball complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, suitable for 20 mm bore GI pipe, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified. (iii) Gun-metal stop valve (quarter turn type) with MS lever handle, suitable for GI tubes 20 mm bore, ISI marked, screwed both ends for iron pipe, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified. (iv) Provn of 20 mm bore GI light grade tube from O/H tank to nearest mouth of RWP.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning/roof repair etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing on existing location after necessary cleaning by removing all scale and dirt etc. including cleaning mouth of circulating service pipes also making all necessary connection complete, all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litre but not exceeding 1000 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning/roof repair etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing on existing location after necessary cleaning by removing all scale and dirt etc. including cleaning mouth of circulating service pipes also making all necessary connection complete, all as specified.

Ball brass valves, high pressure, with rod & high density plastic ball complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, suitable for 20 mm bore GI pipe, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified.

Steel tubes ‘medium grade’, galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including taking up or down steel tubing and connections from existing location, complete all as specified of size: -
