Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition and Digging out sunken floor filling including taking out unserviceable WC and removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for sunken treatment to sunken floor, cleaning the surface by wire brush, rendering to floor and sides with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing of liquid WPC in cement mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, after that material and labour Providing for applying two coats of two component (1 part Liquid: 2 part Powder) ready to use cementitious waterproof coating on properly prepared surface by brush having elongation of >50% for the applying water proofing treatment, immediately after 1st coat laying glasses fiber mess of 2x2mm as per following steps on horizontal and verticle surfaces of sunken floor complete all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Applying 1st coat of two components modified polymer coating . (ii) Provn of glasses fiber mess of 2x2mm immediately on alone coating. (iii) Applying 2nd coat of two components modified polymer coating after 72hrs on horizontal and verticle surfaces. Make : Dr Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP NOTE:- (i) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator. (ii) Before, as work proceed and after completion of each process of treatment take colour photograph and keep in safe custody of Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Liquid WPC for mixing in CM shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only

Material & Labour for PCC (1:7:12) type F2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as loose filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 30mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor for leveling course, surface finished rough to recieved tile/Kota stone/PCC floor work, including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- (i) WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only. (ii) Tile/Kota stone/PCC floor work etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any discription and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (like water tank stage slab and similar suspended works), including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, shelf slab, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs (like water tank stage slab, in shelves and similar suspended works) supported on walls, beams and columns landing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose)

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx 250mm / 450mmX 350mm, 7mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mmx 200mm, 7mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm, including 32mm chromium plated waste coupling and PVC waste pipe including bracket and cutting for and pinning in end of bracket or erecting including fixing only pillar tap (new or serviceable old pillar tap as per site condition ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Pillar tap if required in replacement, shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Disconnecting existing serviceable PVC tanks (OHT) of any capacity upto 1000 litre, and keep in safe custudy. After repair of tank stage re-fixing the water tank in original position including all making inlet and outlet water connection (as per existing) and Lid of tank refix properly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Removing all scale and dirt from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes upto entire satisfacation of Engineer-in-charge/JE before refixing the water tank in original position, and cost of same shall be included in the unit rate nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection and fixing ball valve including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Float valve shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 15mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor/concealed etc. including removing from site/keeping aside for reuse (serviceable as good condition as directed) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered and newly plaster in patch works on surface of ceiling by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface and newly plaster in patch works on surface of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
