Irrigation of Lawns, Gardens Trees and Shrubs minimum twice a day (both indoor and outdoor) at all buildings in the entire campus by operating the existing sprinkler system, valves, drip irrigation, hand bucket sprinkler and by using garden pipes as applicable to executes the job adequately and ensuring excessing flooding is avoiding. The job shall be as per requirement of Engineer- Incharge

Uprooting weeds by forking the divider strip ,lawn periphery & footpath side area with removing all weeds and other growth with roots , breaking clods, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.

Leveling/ cutting of Lawn with lawn mover swiping of cut material including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts upto 500 m..

Complete maintenance and clearance of glass / brush vegetation out side garden features, jobs like cutting of grass/ brush vegetaion, collection of wate and disposal outside the campus etc, (including the cost of manpower and material which shall be required and other T & P material / articles /brushcutter shall be provided by the contractor) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Maintenance of potted plants Cement/Plastic/Earthen pots at all floor in flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required with numbering as building wise of potted plants in campus as per direction of officer in charge.
