CONVERSION OF OVERHEAD LT LINES TO UG CABLES INCL PROVN OF BUS BAR CHAMBER AND ALL CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) UDAIPUR

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors from overhead PCC/steel pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in hard/dense soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for spreading, levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and ramming of sand cushioning to PVC/ XLPE cables with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, type 3, flat, size 450mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading,levelling watering and well ramming in layer n exc .25 cm in soil each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix light grade 80 mm dia GI pipe fix complete to wall , poles etc with suitable clamp for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix light grade 50 mm dia GI pipe fix complete to wall , poles etc with suitable clamp for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of bus bar chamber of size 60 cm x 60cm x 40 cm outdoor type suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system factory made cubical complete materialised dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 54), made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) including factory made hinged type door both side opening with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with powder coated finish over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The panel board shall be comprising of the following accessories

(a) Copper bus bar cap 250 Amp - 04

Note : (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of PCC platform of suitable size and 45cm height and 4 Nos legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm and 60 cm in height for fixing the panel. (iii) Danger notice plate (02 Nos) LT size 20cm x 15cm shall be fixed on the panel. (iv) Contractor provided power coated finish paint on panel.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duly cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed solid conductor 4 sqmm nominal ccross section with 2 core in service connections or all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of external dia 20mm exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing SMC junction box including 1 x MCB SP 6 Amp with bus bar suitable for connection (Incoming / outgoing) of three phase & neutral on the LT electric pole of rectangular or circular shape as existing at a height of in between 1-2 mtr from ground level with nut, bolt, washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
