M&L for Shifting including loading unloading and transporting of transformer 11 KV of size 50 to 400 KVA capacity with suitable arrangement after complete repair and satisfactory restoring from contractor’s workshop or work site including reconnecting with existing primary power cable and secondary power cable side & earthing of transformer after taking shut down and including testing & commissioning on existing load in the presence of officer nominated and Engr-in-Charge by contract complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-(i) Winding wire and other items/spares and new transformer oil mentioned in above will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Placing /removing standby transformer in the place of defective transformer under repair including loading /unlaoding, shifting including transportation and make the system/line function will be the responsibility of the contractor, contractor quoted rates shall be inclusive of all these factors. (iii) T&P for disconnecting the HT/LT connection of the transformer from pole/in side sub station/plinth and taking out the transformer from poles/plinth/inside the sub sation and shifting as directed place with the help of hydraulic/crane etc shall be deemed in the quoted rates.

Winding the transformer in repair 50 KVA to 400 KVA suitable for primary/secondary original size copper wire complete with all required insulation/ varmishing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reconditioning of LT Coil of aluminium/copper wound transformer by torning the old paper insulation straightening the entire LT strip ,providing new paper insulations of suprior quality and making coil of suitable design as original all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Winding the transformer in repair 50 KVA to 630 KVA suitable for primary original size aluminium wire complete with all required insulation/ varnishing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Disconnecting the all electrical componant from transformer and opening the top cover after taking out the bush/stud and replacement the all gasket and oil seal of bushing and top cover and rectify the leakage of transformer oil in all respect as directed by Engr-in-charge of capacity 63 to 400 KVA transformer. Note :- All spare parts required during maintenance shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for Silica gel (deep sky blue colour) for replacement in breathers of indoor/outdoor type transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of the transformer complete by removing old paint by scraping and providing spary painting with approved synthetic enamelled paint of following capacity:-

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 2.25 mm thick as earth electrode burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.75 Meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.5mtr below ground level using copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of copper thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers including brazing etc of earth electrode and earth wire by means of welding, all as directed including providing watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and pit cover made of MS sheet 2 mm thick duly fixinged to angle iron frame with hinges of appropriate size by welding and having locking arrangement, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil , removing surplus excavated material all as required at site and as specified in EP No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) directed by Engineer-in-charge including testing on completion.

Note : (i) The grid of earthing trhough earth strip to achieved earth resistance less than 01 ohm to05 ohm shall be deemed into the quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made to contractor. (iii) The test point shall be made after the grid of earthing and algebric sum of of strip with GI protation pipe shall be measured after 7.5 mtr earth pit.The strip beyond the total sum shall be paid seperately (iii) Earthing will be carried out in presence of users and MES rep with entire satisfaction. (iv) The ground enhansing material (GEM) / chemicals shall be added with soil and the GEM/chemicals shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for supply and pouring of RoHS tested Earth Enhancement Compound after mixing with water tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 or its latest IEC code with a resistivity < 0.12 ohm-m. It shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substances. It shall be a permanent, non-corrosive material and will not leach any chemicals into the ground. It shall retain moisture even in high soil resistivity areas. complete all as specified and as directed. Make: JMV or Equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L Danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixinged with M.S clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25mmX20mmX 1.6mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Relaying of Lt cable of any size after rectify the fault or Laying of XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips armoured heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 Volt grade, 3.5 Core 50 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm including jointing and testing, laid in trenches / ducts / pipe or on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Serial Item No 53 , 54 & 55 1. For laying only, XLPE Cable will be issued 'Free for fixinging' under Schedule 'B' or existing underground cable shall be used as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of cutting of cable, provision of thimbles, lugs, stainless steel cable gland for connecting cable IN / OUT from Panels and Feeder Piller Boxes as per Site requirement. 3. The crimping shall be done only by Hand Operated / Hydraulically Operated Crimping Tool after applying conducting jelly and no other method will be allowed. 4. Extra use of cable shall be measured & paid separately in case of non availability of EM store.

Maintenance and complete overhauling of 11 KV VCB Make: Crompton/Kirloskar/Alsthom including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well greasing of springs/repair of mechanical parts, spring charge assembly and reassembling of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board, main bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints bus bar, CTs, PTs, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive maintenance complete and replacing unserviceable parts, rewiring the control circuit/Lt circuit and components etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note - (i) The above job to be carried out by engineer of authorised dealer/service centre of concerned OEM. (ii) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. The labour charges for fixinging shall be included in this item. (iii) Minor items such as nut,bolt/pins and control internal wiring are included in the quoted rate. (iv) If any defect occurred at any place of AFstn Nathatop , the contractor will provide machnic with in four hours for rectification of defects. If the contractor not provide the machanics and material with schedule time, the amount will be deduct 1000/hrs after receiving phone/massage/ watsup /email etc complete as specified and directed. (v) Other part which is not included but requierd for functioning of equipment is included in the quoated rate & The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays,

Maintenance and servicing, tunning, caliberation and testing of RMU gas filled circuit breaker/Isolator/remote panel of make:- Schnieder-electric including checking of all electrical wiring, disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories, oiling/greasing of moving parts including reassembling, fine setting of mechanism, and making SF6 Breaker in perfect operational in manual and electrical mode including well cleaning the complete panel board, main bus bar coupler, decarbonizing all joints, bus bars coupler, CTs, PTs, spouts metal parts and replacing unserviceable parts and components complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The above job to be carried out by engineer of authorised dealer/service centre of concerned OEM. (ii) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.The labour charges deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (iii) Contractor shall submit the connected doCument/graph for relay calibration duly authenticated by authorised dealer/service centre. (iv) If any defect occurred at any place of AF Stn Nathatop , the contractor will provide machnic with in one hours for rectification of defects. If the contractor not provide the machanie and material with schedule time, the amount will be deduct 1000/hrs after receiving phone/massage/ watsup /email etc complete as specified and directed. (v) Other part which is not included but requierd for functioning of equipment is included in the quoated rate & The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays. (vi) Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective items.
