Fabrication supplying and erection of flange mounted hot dip Galvanized octaqgonal Poles having 85 microns of 5 Mtr. Height made from 3mm thick from Tata/Sail steel plate having bottom Dia of 155 mm & top Dia of 70mm complete with window with flash cover at the height of 2.00 Mtr from the base of cable termination Block etc. and galvanization base plate of size 250mm x 250mm x16mm thick on existing cement concrete pedestal as required including suppling and fixing of laminated sheet, DIN channel, BUS Bar and earth sheet 2 Nos. welded at suitable height as per direction of Enginer-in-charge. 2 Nos. washer, nuts and locking arrangement completed as required (make Bajaj/Volmont/Phillips/Lysaght/Consoul/Transrail)

Supplying and fixing of 4 Nos. 20mm x 750mm long GI foundation bolt (EN 8 grade) with nuts washer including 2 Nos. template of 3mm thick size 250mmx250mmx16mm thick with 4 Nos. 24mm Dia holes to match with PCD of poles base plate as required (make Bajaj/Volmont/Phillips/Lysaght/Consoul/Transrail)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
