Taking down/out existing aluminium/copper point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket complete including all fittings such as switches, sockets,ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings etc and removing the materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm,FR through and including concealed PVC conduit with fittings and PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable continious earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm ,FR,connected to common earth and modular sunken boxes for mounting of accessories complete for one ligh point/ fan point/ call bell point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of making good the disturbed surface plastering / filling putty alongwith matching with the existing colour with MES approval make of distemper is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

All as per Srl item No 3.00 here-in-before but in existing PVC conduit.

Supply and fixing in repair sheet metal enclosure for DB’s when MCB’s to be used of 240 volt 8 way with 200 amps rated bus bar SPN double door complete all as specified and directed.
