Item No.4: Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Item No. 5 : Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Item No. 6 :Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Item No. 7 : Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Item No.8: Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. at the sub-shrine Bhairabeswar Temple

Item No.9: Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing/ refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead.

Item No.10: Ruled/ Flush pointing on White sand stone masonry surface with lime, surkhi and stone/marble dust mortar in the ratio of 1:1.5:1/2 {One lime : 1.5 surkhi (15% dark red and 85% light yellow surkhi) : 1/2 stone/marble dust}. (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Item No.11: Drilling holes of 18 mm diameter up to 300 mm depth and fixing nozzles for PMC Grout in the inner chambers for fill the gaps, voids, cavities, in the inner face for consolidation. at the sub-shrine Bhairabeswar Temple

Item No.12: PMC Grouting with acrylic polymer emulsion added with OPC one part having polymer loading 10% with appropriate dose non shrink powder 0.05 part (Cebex) and plasticiizer 0.05 part having varying pressure 0.2 to 0.5 kg/sqcm. at the sub-shrine Bhairabeswar Temple

Item No.14: Supplying, fabricating and fixing of high carbon steel chain to the existing anchor bolt fixed in the Amalaka Stone of the main temple for smooth climbing to the top during Maha Shivaratri and other rituals. (Detailed drawing and specification will be given before execution)

Item No.15: Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In lime mortar

Item No.16: Relaying of good quality khandolite stone block obtained from OMC, Odisha stockyard in the flooring of Garbhagruha of Lord Lingaraj Temple as per required thickness with composite mortar (1 Lime : 1 Sand : 1 Stone Dust).
