Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in Forsoc and other approved make and applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Bath seal WPC in suken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete LW + @ 220ML per bag of cement applying mix of cement water in the ratio 1:1:5 by volume using DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP chemical on floor and vertical surface of sunken floor as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone / boulders gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landing, cover slab for manholes, septic tanks, soakage wells, chullah hood, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamferred, weatherings, throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminious primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS:3384 and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white gravel finish uniformaly embedded during manufacturing process. It shall be laid by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm, all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. Notes for srl Item No 159 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 10 sq mm 2 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for dry sand (Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: - For payment purpose thickness after punning shall be measured.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, length of bricks across the route of underground cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable filter media complete from filter bed including cleaning the inner surface of the beds and laying of new filter media complete all as specified and directed by Engrineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Supply only filter media shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) water to be tested from govt authorised lab after laying of media.
