Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing Second class Sal wood in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length including hold fast lugs or dash fastener including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Second class Sal wood glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.
