Description of work for NS items

Providing and fixing outdoor solar LED wall light with integrated solar panel, rechargable battery, automatic dusk- to dawn/motion sensor, weather-proof IP 65 rated body, LED light source, mounting bracket and all necessary accessories, complete as per direction of CEO/Engr.-In-charge.

Providing and fixing premium illuminated GENTS & LADIES signage in acrylic/ACP with internal LED illumination, complete with frame, wiring, fixing and all accessories (2 ft. x 1ft.) as per direction of CEO/Engr.-In-charge

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick bevelled adge mirror of size (2.5 ft X 2 ft.)for ladies & gents wash basin area, complete with suitable frame, fixing accessories and all necessary fittings as per direction of CEO/Engr.-In-charge

Providing and fixing premium quality moisture-resistant false ceiling with suitable GI frame work, finished with high-quallity ceiling panels, including all necessary supports, finishing and accessories. Complete in all respects as per site requirement and as per direction of CEO/Engr.-In-charge

Providing and fixing premium quality recessed LED ceiling lights, 12-15W, suitable for false ceiling, including cutting, wiring, fixing and necessary accessories, completed as per direction of CEO/Engr.-In-charge

1. Conditional tender shall not be accepted and in such case if the same tender is found lowest

the earnest money deposited by the contractor shall be forfeited.

2. Quantities may be increased or decreased upto any extant and contractor shall have no

claim for the same, the contractor is liable to pay all taxes as applicable by the Government.

3. If rates for N.S. Item not quoted, it means that contractor is ready to execute the work at free

of cost upto the value mentioned above in N.S. item.
