SCHEDULE A BOQ

NOTE : Due to security reason, the responsibility of the contractor have been fixed to submit the list of labour i.e Site Engineer, Supervisor and skilled labour before commencement of work to the Engineer-in-Charge for police verification. Labour employed by the contractor against the work should carry photo Identity card issued by the contractor. For details of the Identity Card, please refer Sch 'A' notes.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1(40 mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick, as in DG Set Platform over hardcore top surface of concrete finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, including expansion joint 10mm thick filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 part of heated blown beitumen and 3 parts of snad including demolition existing cement concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- In - charge Note :- The unit rate is deemed to be included for necessary form work, excavation and earth work and hard core etc.

Cement concrete in surface channels and drains Type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded) in surface channells and drain including cleaning the surface upto 30 cm below ground level including earth work complete.

Supply assembly and erection of 24G PGI sheet with CSS duct for air of flow of DG set including accessoried such as corner, cleat carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longtudinal joint, MS angle support, threaded rods including taking down existing one all as directed, (i) Duct shall be installed in workman like manner.

Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc with Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) including taking down existing one all as directed.

Removing and replacing the old unserviceable AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) suitable for Kirloskar curve of capacity 82.5 to 160 KVA having input voltage 2 phase + neutral sensing voltage 415 output voltage 95V DC, output current 4A DC voltage regulation +/- 1 % average volts, over excitation current tripping, fuse protection 4A, fast acting and frequency 50 Hz complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar / Cummins/Crompton Greaves.

All as per item No 8 above but of 50 KVA to 75 KVA

Taking down old UNSV self motor of capacity 15 KVA to 45 KVA and carrying to authorised work shop for servcing including replacment of UNSV spare parts Brush, holder, solonoid switch, armature bush, filed coil complete and refixing, Testing all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10 here in before but 50 to 160 KVA DG set

Battery charging alternator assembly 12 Volts of DG Sets complete including taking down existing one all as directed. Make :- Kirloskar or existing make brand of defective comonents or any reputed suitable make as approved by GE

S&F in replacement stop solenoid assembly 12V DC for micro pump (two coil) heavy duty electrical control make energise to stop of DG Sets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F in replacement battery cable assembly (-ve & +ve) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F in replacement slip ring assembly of DG Sets of capacity upto 40 KVA (as per site requirement) suitable for DG Sets of any make, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement carbon brush of DG Sets of any capacity (set of four) as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Opening disconnecting LT Cable connections with care from Auto-Main Failure Panel and checking throughly with Fault Detector Instrument at Site and replacement of Minor Defective Parts as required at Site suitable for 50 KVA to 160 KVA DG Set including replacement of Internal Wiring with Copper Conductor Cable, Beading, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of radiator hose of any capacity.

Supply and replacement of temeprature guage of any capacity. Make:- Kirloskar/Greaves or equivalent.

Supply and replacement of water pump assembly of water cooling system of DG set any capacity.

Supply and replacement of oil drain hose set complete.

Supply and replacment of DG controlller unit suitable for DG set 40 KVA to 82.5 KVA of as per existing Make

M&L for servicing/ cleaning of MS diesel tank of DG Set of 15-50 KVA capacity by draining out the diesel from tank, cleaning the tank with soap water/ suitable solution and painting the external surface with one coat of synthic enamel paint of existing colour including replacement of drain valve, outlet pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lubrication oil SAE 15 W - 40 grade API CI 4 plus type in sealed container for DG set Top up and change the oil in the sump after completely flushing the old oil from the tank/sump and cleaning of the same all as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Make : Castrol/Valvoline/Servo)

Disconnecting the existing battery of capacity 12V 90 to 150 AH from the DG set, taking it to battery workshop, draining out the complete unserviceable electrolyte acid from the battery, filling up with new Electrolyte acid to the required level, charging the battery, testing the battery for correct specific gravity, bringing back to the location, connecting to DG set, start the engine for satisfactory function all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling/ taking down complete radiator assembly of 15 KVA to 50 KVA DG Set and transportation to authorised workshop for following repairs :- (a) Opening the radiator assembly with brazing/ welding for repair/ service. (b) Cleaning of all water tube with diluted solution of HCL and cleaning with water pressure and removing the sludge and dust from inside the tank by flushing out. (c) Determining the leak/ puncher in radiator tubes. (d) Repair of fins by soldering/ brazing. (e) Repair of bottom brass water tank by soldering/ brazing. (f) Repair of radiator hose assembly. (g) Fixing the complete radiator assembly to its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 26 above but DG set of capacity 62.5 to 160 KVA

Power contactor MCX31, 4 pole with 1 No + INC contacts and coil voltage 240 V/415 volt including taking down unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T/ BCH/ Schneider

Taking down carefully DG set of any capacity from foundation after disconnecting nuts, bolts, earthing lead, LT connection cable etc and shifting within a distance of 2 Km for repair / refilling of foundation or reinstallation including making connections of cables complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight of DG set is between 1 to 2 ton, necessary T & P and lifting arrangement shall be contractor responsibility and quoted rates shall be deemed to be included the same.

MCCB, 4 Pole, 250 Amps, thermal magnetic release, 415 Volt, 36 KA, including connecting up using suitable size of lugs including taking down existing one. Make : L&T/ Schneider/ ABB

Removing old paint from surface of acoustic enclosure and outer canopy, alternater upto 100 KVA with sand paper and painting complete DG set & panel board including canopy with synthetic enamel paint (of colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) using spray gun with compressed air and writing Ser No/ MES No in block letters with white paint and size of letter n.exc 30 cm height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of flush type LED Digital multi functional meter with all parameter suitable for DG set AMF panel complete of Model A class 1 all as specified.

Repairs to 12V battery charging alternator assembly by removing, dismantling, replacing the unserviceable burnt rotor and stator assembly completly including insulation sleeves and refixing to the engine and testing to the satisfaction of DC volts & Amps by charging of battery all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement self starter 24 Volts of DG Sets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Kirloskar or equivalent as approved by GE

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface as in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Steel work tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW inductor but welded tubes confirm to IS 119-929 complete including taking down existing one all as specified and as directed

Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws including taking down existing one all as directed.

Note for Pre-painted coloured Galvalume roofing :-

(i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

(ii) The contractor shall ensured that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides.

(iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer.

(iv) The contractor shall produce purchase vouchers for each lot for verification of Engineer-in-Charge.

(v) The unit rate is deemed to be including for Crimp curves for parking shed

Prepration of previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise describedand applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete allas specified and directed

6mm thick MS plates plain or chamferred channels square cut or notched ordinary and counter sunk, forming holes, without any atttachment including taking down existing one all as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks.

Removing old paint from surface of acoustic enclosure and outer canopy, alternater exe 100 KVA capacity n.exc 500 KVA with sand paper and painting complete DG set & panel board including canopy with synthetic enamel paint (of colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) using spray gun with compressed air and writing Ser No/ MES No in block letters with white paint and size of letter n.exc 30 cm height complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/ taking down complete radiator assembly of 810 KVA DG Set and transportation to authorised workshop for following repairs :- (a) Opening the radiator assembly with brazing/ welding for repair/ service. (b) Cleaning of all water tube with diluted solution of HCL and cleaning with water pressure and removing the sludge and dust from inside the tank by flushing out. (c) Determining the leak/ puncher in radiator tubes. (d) Repair of fins by soldering/ brazing. (e) Repair of bottom brass water tank by soldering/ brazing. (f) Repair of radiator hose assembly. (g) Fixing the complete radiator assembly to its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing and replacing the old unserviceable AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) suitable for Kirloskar curve of capacity 200 to 400 KVA having input voltage 2 phase + neutral sensing voltage 415 output voltage 95V DC, output current 4A DC voltage regulation +/- 1 % average volts, over excitation current tripping, fuse protection 4A, fast acting and frequency 50 Hz complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. XLPE insulated, screened, PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium condutor 1100Volts grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches /ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets, taking down existing cable etc all as specified and directed. Taking down old UNSV self motor of cap. 400 KVA to 810 KVA and carrying to authorised work shop for servcing including replacment of UNSV spare parts Brush, holder, solonoid switch, armature bush, filed coil complete and refixing, Testing all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting , taking down and major overhauling engine of DG set cap 125 KVA taking in to authorised workshop and replacement piston assembly complete-4 sets, exhaust valve, cyilinder liner, inlet and out let valves, sealing cap, copper washers,thermostat elements, spin of filter for lubrication oil, oil seal(115X14x12), valve tappet, gasket for cylinder head, bush for injector, gasket for exhuast manifold,joint for bearing housing, joint for delivery volute, turbo repair kit complete all as specified and directed by the Enr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement slip ring assembly of DG Sets of capacity 100 KVA to 160 KVA (as per site requirement) suitable for DG Sets of any make, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting all cable connections and taking out u/s MCCB/MCBs any type/capacity upto 400 Amps, TNP/FP, 415 Volt from Panel Boards/feeder boxes and remove from site.

Note :- (a) The repair of items shall be carried out by OEM or their authorised service centre only. (b) The entire job will be carried out in entire area of Air Force Stn Sulur and necessary document showing location of DG set duly signed by user shall be prepared as per format directed by Engineer-in-Charge and will be deposited to concerned JE (E/M) within 24 hrs, failing which a sum of Rs. 100.00 per day will be recovered from the contractor. (c) Necessary complaint slip/ complaint register and other stationary required shall be contractor responsibility. (d) In case of minor defects, entire job shall be completed within 6 hrs from the time of registration of complaint, failing which penalty charges @ Rs. 200 per job shall be recovered. (e) In case of major defects, entire job shall be completed within 48 hrs from the time of registration of complaint, failing which penalty charges @ Rs. 1000 per job shall be recovered. (f) The contractor shall maintain a record of all urgent/ routine works and if the work is repeated due to poor workmanship, he will be liable to repair the same without any extra expenditure to the Govt.
