Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-Structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses.

Providing and fixing angle iron Brackets for hanging electric/telicommunication cable in Utility Duct, mild steel Angle sections of size35x35x6mm inside concrete and 75x75x6 mm outside of concrete, including fixing of necessary T & P and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. as per DAR item no. 10.31 (base)

Supply & Fixing Ductile inspection cover with frame i/c labour, material, T&P etc for proper completion of the work. Frame outer size 950x950 mm and 75 mm height including Ductile cover with frame (medium duty) 800x800 mm internal dimensions classB-125 (medium Duty) confirming to EN-124 Standards, with hinge, including painting with black bituminous paint coating thickness of 50 microns material shall be of Grade SG 500/7 as per IS-1865, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 115 kg.

Supply & Fixing Ductile inspection cover with frame i/c labour, material, T&P etc for proper completion of the work. Frame outer size 385x385 mm and 30 mm height including Ductile cover with frame (light duty) 300x300 mm internal dimensions class A-15 (Light Duty) confirming to EN-124 Standards, with hinge, including painting with black bituminous paint coating thickness of 50 microns material shall be of Grade SG 500/7 as per IS-1865, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 8 kg.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom..

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100 TPH Hot mix HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix , transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder & waste plastic shreded material as per job mix, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Portable Barricade in Construction Zone Installation of a steel portable barricade with horizontal rail 300 mm wide, 2.5 m in length fitted on a 'A' frame made with 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron section, 1.5 m in height, horizontal rail painted (2 coats) with yellow and white stripes, 150 mm in width at an angle of 450, 'A' frame painted with 2 coats of yellow paint, complete as per IRC:SP:55-2001
