Condition:- (I) The work will be strictly executed as per HPPWD/CPWD specifications. (ii) The contractor will procure cement at their own level from Civil Supply Depott. After the approval of permit from the competent authority and other material from market as per Department specification issued by the Addition Chief Secretary PW to the Govt. of HP vide No. PBW (B) C (17) 2/2012 dated 07 August 2018 and all other condition are liable & carriage will be born by the contractor. (iii) The bills of all materials procured by the contractor M-form of mining materials used for execution of work must be submitted to the authority concerned alongwith contractor bill.
