Material and labpur for complete removal of old existing filter media(sand and gravel) from filtration plant, filter bed of 98000 LPH capacity and throughly cleaning washing the filter bed inner surface and steel pipe line (lateral and header pipes) by removing all dust particles by means of soda, bleaching powder, etc by using steel wire brushes or steel scrapers complete all as directed. Note: Date of change of filter media shall be written over the surface/wall of tank by synthetic enamel paint with letter not less than 100mm hight. Cost of letter writing shall deemed included in quoted rate.
Material and labpur for replacing filter media Sand of size 0.45mm to 0.70mm spreading in layers size wise with filter media as per sample approved by GE complete all as directed.

Supply & fix fully automatic star delta starter in replacement for 75 HP Motor in sheet- steel enclosure with single phase protection feature (motor rating AC-3 Duty, 415V, 50Hz, 3-Ph), Relay Max Range 45-75A, ML 4FASD, including removal of unserviceable starter complete all as specified and directed. Make: L & T Cat No. SS90913 or as equivalent in specified makes.
Taking down old PVC/HDPE pipe of size 100mm dia for diversion/leakage
Supply & Fix HDPE pipe PN 10 of 100 mm dia and drilling holes of 10mm dia through out the length and periphery of pipe at regular interval including fittings in floors complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
