S&F MS reducer socket of size 250mm x 200mm ERW pipe to be fabricated out of 12 mm sheet plate with the housing pipe 10” of approved quality for fixing 10” dia MS pipe with 8” MS pipe complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&FMS threaded well cap with locking arrangement of approved quality for 250mm dia MS pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bail plug of approved quality for 200mm dia MS bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS centre guide of approved quality for 250mm dia MS bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS iron clamp for 250mm dia MS bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling of trial bore of 250 mm dia upto110 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata incl hard stone/ boulder by deploying reverse rottary process etc. including cost of consumable stores like fuel lubricants, bentonite mud, material and transportation of rigs machinery etc. and supply of strata chart and all other desired information etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Erection and dismantling of boring plant including all arrangement for the transportation of the boring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work. Pits for collection of water and water for drilling tube well be arranged by the firm / contractor at site his own cost.

M&L for development of trial bore by reaming up to 525 mm dia from ground level upto and including a depth of 60 mtrs in step from ground level complete all as specified and directed. (For one bore well). Note :- Development of trial bore should be done by reaming in following step:- (a) From 250mm to 350 mm (b) From 350mm to 450 mm (c) From 450mm to 550 mm

M&L for development of trial bore by reaming up to 450mm dia from depth exceeding 60 mtrs and up to 110 mtr depth complete all as specified and directed. (For one bore well). Note :- Development of trial bore should be done by reaming in following step:- (a) From 250mm to 350 mm (b) From 350mm to 450 mm

M&L for electric logging in pilot bore for precise delineation of granular zones as also the quality of ground water including report interpretation complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Electric logging shall be carried out by any approved reputed agency.

Supply, fixing & lowering in bore well 250mm boe ERW/ MS casing pipe electric resistant welded pipe with sockets (housing pipe) confirming to IS:4270-1992 (with upto date amendments) duly ISI marked and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The housing pipe shall be of suitable length as per the site requirements manufactured out of 8.00 mm thick MS plate including the cost of required number of sockets of size 177.80 mm width made out of 1/2 “ (12mm thick) plate including painting with two coats of anti corrosive bit mastic paint of approved brand etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & lowering in bore well 200mm bore ERW/ MS casing pipe electric resistant welded pipe with sockets (housing pipe) confirming to IS:4270-1992 (with upto date amendments) duly ISI marked and approved by GE. The blind pipe shall beof standard length as per the site requirements with 76.02 mm of threaded end(8 threads to an inch or 25.4 mm) manufactured out of 8.00 mm thick MS plate including the cost of required number of sockets of size 152.4 mm width made out of 1/2 “ (12mm thick) plate including painting with two coats of anti corrosive bit mastic paint of approved brand etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain mild steel slotted pipe of 200 mm dia the slots shall be cut by milling or by slitting saw.The housing pipe shall be of suitable length as per the site requirements with threaded ends (8 threads to an inch or 25.4 mm) pipe shall be manufactured out of 8.00 mm thick MS plate including the cost of required number of sockets of size 177.80 mm width made out of 1/2 “ (12mm thick) plate including painting with two coats of anti corrosive bit mastic paint of approved brand etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling pea gravel upto 4mm size around the casing pipe of bore well including all leads and lifts should pea gravel free from dust, dirt or vegetable manure complete all as specified and directed.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water of bore well using air compressor of 350 psi, 600 cfm pressure for required number of hrs including fuel etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Yield testing is to be done in presence of rep of acepting nofficer or accepting officer.

Dismantling of old submersible pump with column pipe and lowering of same at new bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only strata sample box with glass cover 3mm thick having internal dimension 1000x600x100mm made out of 20mm thick wought 1st class hard wood shisham with hinges hasp and staple including polishing complete with samples at various depth evenly 2mtr interval met in boring including strata chart in duplicate complete all as directed and specified.

S & F Galvanised iron tubing, 50mm bore, medium grade with including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair gun metal gate/globe valve 50mm bore , ISI Marked, with iron wheel headed screwed both ends for pipe including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Steel wire rope, PVC insulated of size 10 mm dia of suitable size/ length as directed with clamps, nuts & bolts and washers etc for holding column pipes / GI pipes of submersible pump set complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC sheathed submersible cable 3 core multi stranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of water sample of proposed pump houses of sevoke militry station for bacteriological and chemical testing (systematic analysis) from government approved laboratory including submitting the report to the department ,complete all as specified & directed.
