Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 300 x 450mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with spacer including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). (As per DSR 13.111.2)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats) (As per DSR 13.81.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (As per DSR 13.99.1)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 fine sand) (As per DSR 14.1.1)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (As per DSR 15.56)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (As per DSR 15.60)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of specified size 600x600 mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand and manufacture, in all colours and shades,The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers, The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The groves are to be filled with cementious grout mix with prportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardner for each kg of Filling material . Providing and fixing wooden cabinet of 13½” deep and 2’-0" height with openable shutter at wall above 4’-9" height consisting of 18mm thick both side pre-laminated particle board with one side decorative, flat pressed 3 layer and graded (medium density), grade I, type II, conforming to IS 12823 (exterior grade) lipped with hard wood lipping of size 18x6 mm on exposed edges include cost of piano hinges and handle, magnetic cathcer, nail, screws, synthetic adhesive etc. and fixed in position with help of fastners at wall complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (N.S.)

Providing and fixing of kitchen cabinet below working shelves consisting of chowkhats frame of golden champ wood of 2" x 2"section with one additional member with suitable rebate of 1" x 1/2" on outer side for shutter. The shutters are to be provided with 18mm thick both side pre-laminated particle board with one side decorative, flat pressed 3 layer and graded (medium density), grade I, type II, conforming to IS 12823 (exterior grade) with hard wood lipping of size 18 mm x 6 mm all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with handle and magentic catcher. The complete frame is to be fixed with fastnerst, etc. complete fixed in position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (N.S.)

Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (N.S.)

Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (N.S.)

Providing and fixing of cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with Alum. handle (with base plate) and magnetic catcher. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface, complete frame is to be fixed with iron nails etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 2 nos. 3" hinges, 2 nos. Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary Aluminium fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size derived from natural sources). (As per DSR 5.3)

Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Raj Nagar Plain white marble/ Udaipur green marble/ Zebra black marble ( Based on DSR No. 8.2.1.2) (N.S.)
