Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (Posts embedded in, Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc.) complete all as specified. Note :- Weight of scrap iron in kilogram for this item shall be ascertained by the BOO ordered by GE.

Dismantling fencing of barbed wire of any type, any size complete all as specified. Note :- Weight of scrap iron in kilogram for this item shall be ascertained by the BOO ordered by GE.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Weight of scrap iron in kilogram for this item shall be ascertained by the BOO ordered by GE.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, work in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be paid accordingly.

Supply and fixing Mild steel work for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Gd I, IS-432 Part I complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, dia of shank 5-10 mm, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle using sand paper, clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 14 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 meter and not exceeding 3.00 meter in depth. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering /plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces (external surface), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface and newly plaster in patch works on surface of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other means, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone/marble slabs/Endura ,chequered Tiles, of any description or thickness as in floors/ cooking platform/ steps etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of ( PCC) cement concrete of any description in ground floor in any position not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour 75mm thick cement concrete type (1:4:8) type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for machine pressed precast interlocking paver block 60 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, factory made, any shape and size, and colour conforming to IS 15658-2006, made out of M-35 grade concrete laid over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: The rate of 25mm thick layer of sand cushioning is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour 10mm thick colored paver tiles (Endura Tiles) of size 300 x 300mm over and including a layer of 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :4, joints filled with coloured cement to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth, string, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, Kerb stone/ coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel exc 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of open drains completely removing silt,soil,mud sludge,vegetation growth etc. and removing the same to out side MoD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for width of drains exc. 30 cm but n.exc. 60 cm .

Material and labour for Dholpur stone uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.5 sqm (size and colour as approved by GE) 16-18 mm thick work in wall cladding, gate, arches,steps,jambs, pillars, floor and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of stone moulding/ rounding on edges by grinding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of necessary scaffolding shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates.

Material and labour for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing steel work in tubular trusses, MS tubes including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for roof trussess (framed) trussed, purlines, crane gantries, rails,MS plate,bolts, hollow sections and fastenings complete using ERW or induction welding (beams, angles, tee, channels) etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Pre -Painted galvalume Alumenium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thickness of any colour having a tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling existing AC sheet or any other type of sheet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.45mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Gate covering/Ridge fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling existing AC sheet or any other type of sheet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, 150 mm dia/bore laid and jointed including demolition and breaking up drain pipes SGSW,AC or reinforced concrete pipe complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipe incl packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe 150 mm dia (internal) after they are laid and tested in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains,making good to pipe and rendering ,cutting out existing benching for as specified dia of pipe as 150 mm (internal) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing precast RCC Manholes cover heavy duty size 600mm x 600mm x 100mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
