Complete Engine oil change, by way of draining out the used engine oil from the chamber and removing the used choked filter by using mechanical tools. The job includes refilling of the new specific grade engine oil of specific make & quality as recommended by the manufacturer. The job includes 18 ltrs M.Oil for engine and replacement of all oil filters as per the need and as per the sample, Which includes Diesel filter, By pass filter, oil filter. The men/machinery/tools are to be arranged by the executing firm.

Replacement of 12volt, 150AH, 21 plate, battery as per the specification/make/quality as recommended by the manufacture. The job includes replacement of end connections including terminals. The job also includes other allied labour work deemed to be necessary for the completion of job. The men/machinery/tools are to be arranged by the executing firm. The old scrap battery will be the property of firm

Complete checking of self starting assembly and rectifying of fault. The job includes replacement of worn out cu: bushes as per the particular specification and as recommended by the manufacturer. The job includes complete cost on account of dismantling and assembling of the self starter assembly as per the job requirement. The men/machinery/tools are to be arranged by the executing firm. The old scrap will be the property of the executing firm.

Complete diesel fuel injection pump checking and calibration of its nozzles as per the job requirement and as recommended by the manufacturer. The job includes complete cost on account of dismantling and assembling of the Diesel fuel injection pump as per the job requirement. The men/machinery/tools are to be arranged by the executing firm.

Complete Four wheels checking, including replacement of brake shoes. The job includes wheel balancing of all wheels and wheel alignment of vehicle. The job includes toping up of brake oil as per the job requirement. The job includes complete labour cost on account of dismounting and refitting of wheels of vehicle. The men/machinery/tools are to be arranged by the executing firm. The old scrap will be the property of firm.
