Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep (in soft/losse soil) for laying of cables or GI pipe and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sq cm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting faulty 11 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 9 here in before but 1100 Volt LT cables. Note for item No-9.0 & 10.0 :- (a) HT/LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re-routing to another site as directed after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required.

Taking out faulty underground 11000 Volt HT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing PCC cover of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re-routing to another site as directed after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required. (Note for item No 26 & 27): (a) HT/LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule if required. Supplying and fixing (in replacement) outdoor type factory made and tested, Bus bar chamber, outdoor pedestal type, suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz , AC supply system, having duly insulated four Nos aluminum bus bars, of rating 600 Amps installed on epoxy / SMC type insulator with one no of outgoing MCCB of cap 250 Amp 4P, adjustable type . The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 Protection class and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40 x 40 x 5mm thick angle iron base frame work, suitable for connection of four nos LT cable of size 3.5 core 120-300 Sqmm, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter "anti theft type"and locking arrangement of minimum size 75cm x 60cm x 50 cm ( box size excluding legs) and mounted on angle iron pedstal 45 cms above groungd level all as specified including taking out old feeder pillar and taking out LT cable from loop for connecting in new panel and necessary excavation etc incl necessary PCC work for foundation as directed.

The feeder piller shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and inner compartment 2.0 mm, 40X40X6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finished over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer and rear opening type with apran for cable entery closing locking arrangement ,including necessary PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for platform of suitable size. The Feeder pillar should be suitable for connection with set of 2 x LT cable of size 300 sqmm 3.5/4 core as incoming/ outgoing with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1200 Amps of length 30cm ,installed on proceline/ SMC insulator all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in replacement of outdoor factory made tested LT panel board cubical double door compartment outdoor type plate mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating 600 Amp installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and inner compartment 1.6mm, 40X40X6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finished over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer and rear opening type with apran for cable entery closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked , 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm) and comprising of the following including necessary PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for platform of suitable size.

Note for item No 47 & 48:- (i) All incoming and outgoing feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size glands & thimbles. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB should be connected to Bus bar directly through expended links (iv) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt. II/1993 (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100% Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacture.

Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of 24V/40A Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit including battery bank comprising 2 Nos of 12 Volts-120 AH sealed maintenance free battery. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for surge supperssion . During auto float mode automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the DC output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller , DC digital ammeter , DC digital voltmeter, Potentiometer , DC, MCB for reverse battery protection . The charger should have alarm annunciation with visual and audible alarm with manual reset facility for fuse fail alarm. Float cum boost battery charger and DC distribution board shall be housed in powder coated sheet steel cubicle with panels of 1.6mm thickness , louvers for ventilation , gland plate will be provided for cable entry from bottom . The battery charger shall be divided into two compartments. The upper compartment shall house the battery charger & DCDB with all necessary controls. The lower compartment shall be suitable for housing the batteries. Tech specification shall be as under:-

(a) Input working voltage-180 -270 Volts (b) Nominal Input Voltage - 230 V , AC , 50 Hz,1 (c) On load input power factor - > 0.8 (d) On load unit watt efficiencies-> 80% (e) No load losses of complete charge-< 10% (f) Ripple contents on the load (RMS)= 1% to 5% (g) Over load - 110% for 30 minutes and will give visual indication for over load condition. (j) Float charging -2.15 V/Cell (k) Float cum boost charging-Automatically changes from one state to another state as per battery condition and will give the visual indication for either float or boost based on charging mode. (l) Reverse polarity -No damage will caused . A visual indication for reverse polarity will appear with an audio alarm. (m) Short circuit-MCB protecton provided.

Supply and fixing in replacement of over current and earth fault relay including connected wiring. "Model MICOM P111L of make schneider or equivalent.

Material and labour for installation , testing & commissioning of waterless and maintenance free Gel earthing (C C M compound) , with BFC-50 Kg Jam fill compound alongwith 50 mm dia Cu bonded MS rod of length 3.00 mtr below ground level including duly augering in ground, pre cast or in situ cast in high purity electrically conductiv granutar material having ulta low resistive value to achiev resistance below 2 Ohms conncted with 25 mm x 3 mm Copper strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 62 here-in-before but of cap 200 to 400 Amp, 4P complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge..

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of Indoor arc flash protected Draw-Out with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker HV compartment , rated for 11kV,1250 Amp,25 kA /3-sec, confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR – 25 kA for 0.1 sec for all three chamber (Bus, Cable & Breaker) , Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, comprising of 1250 Amp, continuous rated Aluminium busbars and droppers, 01nos. The earthing switch for maintenance purpose and discharge function to be provided in the cubicle and should be an integral part of the cable chamber alogwith operating handle ie rack -in-rack -out. 4 NO+4NC shall be provided in breaker. The HV compartment shall consist of following :- (i) 11kV, 1250Amp, 25 KA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100. Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03nos. vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24 Volt DC). Note :- (i) HV compartment shall support installation of existing CT & PT. The HV compartment shall be integrated with existing HV compartment of any make. (ii)All retrieved items shall be returned to store yard of MES

Supplying and installation of Relay and metering panel in existing HV compartment factory made 2.0 mm thick IP 54 mounted to be mounted on VCB HT compartment comprising of following:-

(a) Main Protection Relay:- (i) Main protection Numerical Relay draw out type in HT 11 KV VCB Panel comprising of new and modern numerical scheme for detecting, indicating and tripping the breaker on faults over-current and earth-fault in any of the three phases, Trip circuit supervision relay, 5% pick up for OC and 5% for EF. The relay shall also have the following features as minimum; (i) Programmable rated current 1A & 5A, (ii) Last 8 fault record & 200 event record with time stamping, (iii) 4 analog CT & PT input, 8 DI & 8 DO, (iv) Communicable on IEC61850 protocol, (v) Disturbance recording upto 300 cycles, (vi) Self supervision function. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses if available including Breaker On, Off, Spring Chrgd, Test, Service, AC-Fail, DC supervision relay, Trip circuit healthy relay, Master trip relay, local remote and display the same locally on a built-in LCD screen and suitably labeled status LEDs. Relay shall have facility to locally Trip/Close the breaker as a backup to TNC switch provided separately on the panel.

(b) Metering Equipment including:- (i) 01 x Digital Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), (ii) 01 x Multi-Function-Meter (Acc.Cl.0.5) shall be provided with LCD display for measuring current, voltage, power, power-factor and energy-parameters, Total Harmonic Distortion and Max. Demand Indication, same shall be communicable on ModBus via RS485 port.

(c) LED Indications :- (i) Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged, (ii) Trip Circuit Healthy (iii) R-Y-B (iv) DC available LED with push button. (v) AC Supply fail.
