The nipples should be 12 mm diameter made of galvanized steel. For this purpose, 15-30 mm dia holes should be drilled upto a depth of 100 mm at spacing of 600mm c/c along the joints. Two consecutive rows should be drilled in zig-zag manner as per the architecture drawings. The holes should be made dust free as far as possible by blowing compressed air. | 9 | M&L for vertical channels of minimum 125mm wide x125mm deep at leakage points to dispose seepage water into the proposed drain channel on floor. The channel shall be made by cheiselling the existing wall and finishing alongwith the construction of vertical RCC wall as per design drawing. The outlet of the leakage points shall be made smooth with insertion of SS SUPER DULUX(SS 32760/F55) pipe of minimum 100mm dia. This should be ensured that the water oozing should not be stopped with pouring of concrete.

| 10 | ULTRA HIGH STRENGTH PATCH REPAIR
M&L for fixing Ultra High Strength Patch Repair mortar on Damage stone surfaces after neatly cleaning the surface and then mortar are applied on the surface making smooth with the help of trowel to give finished similar to stone the 28 days equivalent compressive strength of the patch mortar should not be less than 70 N/mm2 . Forming groove of uniform size and match the texture using natural stone texture paint to give authentic effects of natural stones in the top layer of plaster as per the previous pattern of stone masonry wall using all suitable equipments and finishing the groove complete.
