M&L rougning of existing floor surface/concrete slab and preparing with brushes, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all loose dust/dirt etc complete all as speciifed and directed.

Supply and fixing Single phase propeller type ventilating ( Exhaust fan) AC 230 volts 300 mm sweep, Double Ball Bearing, Heavy duty motor, durable body complete with louvrers and shutters with all fixing arrangement fixed to wall with suitable size opening including copper wire flexible three core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated 3 core cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed. Supply , laying jointing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional are 35 Sqmm 3 core LT, 1100 volts grade , laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, including taking out old cable with protection bricks and removal, complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation and earth work , sand cushioning, brick protection and GI pipes for protection shall be measured and paid for separtely.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavation soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts. Complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

M&L, locally available , sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protectionprependicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, GI pipe light grade 50mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement, complete including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down geyser/ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any capacity from existing position and refix the same after necessary repair/servicing at same location including civil work and other material requirement at site, complete with making good disturbed surface of wall by providing brickwork, plastering colour so as to match with the colour of existing wall and necessary arrangement for fixing of the same, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrods of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and GI washers of Galvanised iron protected by steel pipe 15mm (light grade) all as shown in elecrrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal dust and salt in alternate layers 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe,funnel,wire mesh.concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 for pit and RCC pit cover. PCC pit shall be provided 50 cm away from earth pit and not on the earth pit itself. The extra cost of the water- ing pipe,bends,elbows shall be included in the unit rate.Note : RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4type B-1 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm, the desired value of each resistance should be less than 3 Ohm if the resistance value more than 3 Ohm complete earthing should be redone complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
