Supplying of R.C.C porcupine member of size 0.10m x 0.10m x 3.00 m with cement concrete poportion (1:2:4) reinforced by 4 nos. of 8 mm dia TMT BAR and 4mm dia (8G) wire stirup at 15 cm c/c with 2(two) nos. of holes of 20 mm dia at 50 cm inside from both sides in same face and in the other face of member another 2 nos of holes of size 20 mm dia at 65 cm inside from both ends including properly curing for 28 days and supply at worksite complete as directed. (Date of casting and Name of supplier should be engraved on the members)

Local carriage of porcupine member by diesel truck of 10 MT capacity including loading at stackyard and un loading at river bank upto an average lead of 10.00 Km and all lift, complete as directed.

Labour charge for launching of R.C.C/PSC porcupine including carriage of R.C.C porcupine members of size 0.10 m x 0.10 m x 3.00 m from the stack yard to the place of launching, erection of the porcupine with 6 (six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia 25 cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. ( Lead upto 150 m) (A):- Launching without boat

Supply of best quality non-galvanized fiber core flexible steel wire rope (I.S.2266/7), inclusive all taxes.

Supply of 'U' shaped bolt 19.00 mm including payment of sale tax etc.

Supplying and construction of bamboo cribs fabricated out in pyramid shape out of matured Bhaluka bamboo 75 mm to 100 mm dia complete with all the branches and foliages with apex point at 7.00 m from the bottom. At 0.60 m above the base 1st row of horizontal stiffeners of size 4.00 m x 3.00 m are to be provided along with 2 nos of cross struts. A second set of horizontal stiffeners along with cross stiffeners similar to the 1st set are provided at height of 4.00 m from the bottom. One set of cross braching are to be provided in each face in between the 1st and 2nd horizontal stiffeners. All the stiffeners and inclined members are to be projected 0.30 m beyond the longitudinal members. All the points are to be pinned with 22 cm long patent nails and protuding end is to be bent properly to have a firm grip and the apex point is also to be clustered with 8 G wire. All the members are to be punched with chisel or augur. The cribs are to be weighted with 25 nos of earth filled polythene cement bags in all corners and middle of 1st and 2nd row of horizontal stiffeners of the cribs, tied firmly with 8 G galvanised wire complete as directed. (Polythene/ cement bags, 8 G wire, bamboo pegs, wire rope, U- bolt etc will be supplied by the department free of cost.)(Using Bhaluka bamboo at the rate 14.00 nos./Rm. i) Construction of cribs :-
