Construction of Dam and Development of Pressurized Irrigation Network to Irrigate the Command Area under Manoharthana Major Irrigation Project, including Survey, Design, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, Operation And Maintenance Teh Manoharthana

Work of Survey, Planning, Investigation, Hydrological Studies, Forest Clearance, TAC Approval, Design and Drawings for the Project, including topographical survey, submergence studies, fixing of Full Tank Level (FTL) and Maximum Water Level (MWL), preparation of area–elevation and storage–elevation curves, capacity tables, index maps, CCA maps, submergence maps and contour maps; planning and design of canal system, pipe network, diggies, chak plan and command area development works, hydro-mechanical, electrical, solar, PLC and SCADA systems; obtaining vetting/approval; and submission of all reports, drawings, maps, and related documents and records. Installation and Commissioning of PLC–SCADA System for automation of gates, lifts, and stair systems in the drainage gallery, including all instrumentation works, sensors, control panels, communication systems, testing, and complete integration for monitoring and remote operation, etc. As per Technical Specification and Scope of Work.

Construction of Concrete Overflow and NOF Structure (Ogee Spillway) including wing walls, key walls, upstream cut-off wall, upstream apron, downstream energy dissipation arrangement, deck slab bridge, upstream and downstream nallah training works, and cement grouting / curtain grouting / consolidation grouting for foundation treatment, designed to safely pass the peak flood discharge as per latest hydrological studies, etc. As per Technical Specification and Scope of Work.

Construction of Earthen Embankment including Cut-off Trench, Upstream and Downstream Berms, Upstream Protection of Embankment (aggregate layer, sand layer, and laying of rip-rap with shoulder over sand layer), Drainage Filters (vertical/chimney filter, horizontal filter, rock toe), Retaining Wall, Two Head Outlet Sluices for canals, proper drainage arrangement over earthen dam, and Downstream Protection of Embankment (turfing/mulching), etc. As per Technical Specification and Scope of Work.

Hydro-Mechanical and Electrical Works including fabrication, erection and installation of gates, stop log gates, head sluice gates, hoisting arrangements, and other ancillary works such as walkway bridges, ladders, etc. As per Technical Specification and Scope of Work.

Construction of buildings, including 1 No. Control Room, 1 No. Inspection Hut at Manoharthana Dam Site, 1 No. Rest House, 1 No. Executive Engineer (EE) Office, 2 Nos. Assistant Engineer (AE) Offices, 1 No. Executive Engineer (EE) Residence, 14 Nos. Junior Engineer (JE) and Assistant Engineer (AE) Residences, 4 Nos. UDC/LDC/IV Staff Residences, and 9 Nos. Beldar, Chowkidar, Gauge Reader and Mistry Quarters; construction of 9 Nos. Water Users Association (WUA) Buildings, including Central Store Room; peripheral development works at all project buildings and facilities; renovation of the existing office building; and all allied and ancillary works. Construction of BT road communication works (approx. 58.10 km), including approach roads, Canal Service Road parapet wall on the dam, internal roads, site connectivity roads, and all allied works. As per Technical Specification and Scope of Work.

Operation and Maintenance of Dam, Dam Guest House, Control Room, Office Building, Hydro-Mechanical & Electrical Works, Canals, Head Outlet Sluices, Diggies, Pumping Stations, Pipe Network, Valves, PLC–SCADA System, Tunnel, and all Command Area Works, including equitable distribution of water, for a period of eight (8) years, including routine operation, preventive and breakdown maintenance, inspection, servicing, repairs, and upkeep of all associated systems, buildings, infrastructure, and installations. Plantation works for the dam and canal system, including planting, watering, weeding and hoeing, maintenance of plantations, and security arrangements for the protection of plantation areas and project assets. As per Technical Specification and Scope of Work.

Construction of Canal including CC lining works, Cross Drainage (CD) structures, falls, aqueducts, VRBs, DRBs, escapes and all other ancillary works, etc. As per Technical Specification and Scope of Work.
