5.5 TR Total cooling capacity with minimum airflow of 5750 CMH, at minimum 20 Pa ESP, Return Air to be considerd as temperature at 28 +/-2 Deg C DB & 45% +/-5 RH (Non Condensing). (For Location SKY Tower Fourth Floor- ASMGCS Server Room(1W+1S))

Supply, of following capacity Wall Mounted, Front discharge Air Cooled type Precision Air Condtioners -3.0 TR Nominal Cooling capacity @ minimum 2800 CMH. The Indoor unit shall comprise of variable Scroll Compressor, fan section complete with EC fan, Evaporator, Copper Cooling coil, Microprocessor controllers, Thermal Expansion valves, G4 Filter, Internal power and control wiring, HP/LP Cutouts, Power & Control Contactors and other electrical accessories. The Outdoor Condenser unit shall comprise of Condenser fan & motor, Condenser cooling coil (Copper coil with Aluminium fins), Isolator Switch. The protection level of the outdoor unit will be IP54. Items included the following :- Indoor unit with Metalic Body with Anti Corrosive Coating, Feature for PAC units controller for synchronising the multiple no. of units to work as single system for above units, Load sharing mode feature, Cascading Effect, Sequencing of above units.

SH-B : Installation, Testing & Commissioning of PAC System

Installation, testing, and commissioning of following capacity Floor Mounted, Bottom discharge and top return type Air Cooled type Precision Air Condtioners including supply & fixing suitable adjutable GI/MS stands with rubber pad for each outdoor unit to dimension as specified / recommendation of OEM (for Indoor and Outdoor units) including wiring, connection & interconnection making suitable for operation complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing of 18 SWG hard drawn copper refrigerant piping of sizes as per OEM standard with insulation for precision units with proper "U" traps in piping for required length. All refrigerant piping along within conditioned space shall be provided with 9mm Class '0' Nitril Rubber insulation while rest pipework shall be provided with Nitrile Rubber Insulation & Anticorrosive coating and supports, between indoor and outdoor units. Each running meter of one circuit includes one meter of copper pipe (inlet & outlet), necessary supports, fittings, insulation, Thermogaurd coating etc. and should connect the indoor to the outdoor as per locations. (Including extension kit if required)

Supply and fixing Perforated GI trays (With maximum 50% perforation) with necessary support and covertop for Refrigerant Pipes of of following Size in (mm)

Charging of Refrigerant Gas R-410a with Oil

Supply & charging of Refrigerant Gas (R-410A) for the compressor for the 100 % rating and equivalent copper pipe length between Indoor & Outdoor Unit along with required oil for commisioning.

Supply & Installation of Motorized Damper with Actuator (of sufficient torque) & necessary control cablings for ON/OFF operation by interfacing with indoor unit operation and to be installed on indoor machines on Return Air path.

Supply and laying of 3 C x 2.5 Sqmm Cu. Flexible cable (Indoor to outdoor unit) on existing cable tray or surface as directed by EIC.

Supply and laying of Size 4C x 16Sqmm. armoured Copper cable from Incoming Isolator Panel to Indoor Unit on existing cable tray or surface as directed by EIC.

Sequencing & logic control necessary timers and logic control for automatic start-stop of the unit.with necessary timers and logic control for automatic start-stop of the unit.Logic should include orderly restart after power failure.

WALL MOUNTED UNITS

SH-C: Supply and Fixing of G.I. duct i/c insulation and New Diffusers/ Grills.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.
