Boaring of 20cm dia piles of single under reamed of 50 cm dia of bulb and 3.00 meter depth in black cottan soil with hand operated augur machine including all labour T& P etc.(new item 1 chapter -4)

RCC work width 1:1.5:3 cement, coares sand and 20mm guage stone grit.(As per S.I. No-288)

Mild steel In R.C.C. work.(S.I. 504)

Class -150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coares sand mortar. (As per S.i. No-305)

12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10mm with 1 part of cement and 2 part of find sand of 1.25 fineness modulus. (As per S.i. No-584)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quality of sand from a distance not exceeding 8km(5miles) from the side of work & including watering dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials labour and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per S.I. No-255)

P/L of C.C in 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 f.sand:12 stone ballast) including supply of all materials T&P etc labour required for the proper completion of the work. (As per S.i. No-273)

P/L of C.C in 1:11/2 :3 (1 -cement :11/2 c.sand. 3- 20 mm gauge stone grit ) including supply of all materials T&P etc labour required for the proper completion of the work.(As per S.i. No-279 b )
