Execution of work under Repairs, Strengthening and Refurbishment of Old Dilapidated Structures Beside Cave No.1 and Other Necessary Work at Elephanta Caves, Elephanta, Dist-Raigad. As specified in the BOQ.

Execution of works

Provision for removing the accumulated debris and exposing the hidden structure very carefully to avoid damage, sorting of antiquities, sculptures etc., if found,and disposal of rubbish to a lead of 1000 mtrs by vehicle including loading and unloading lorry as per instructions of head office etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Dismantling the R.C.C. Work 1:2:4 and sorting out the materials such as steel etc.as directed and stacking them within the specified lead as directed etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Removing doors and windows with frames, ventilators and stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Dismanteling the brick work including stacking of material and disposal of unservicavble material within 100 mtrs lead etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Providing brickwork with modular brick in superstructure above plinth level in cement mortar 1:4 with necessary scaffolding curing etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Dismantling the existing ground concrete (KOBA) stacking the useful material if any separately at one side of the site for reuse and disposing the unwanted materials away from the site etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Earthwork excavation in hard soil including removal of excavated materials and disposing the same up to a distance of 50 mtrs. including initial lead and lift etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Provision for providing and laying rubble soling 0.15 m thick including ramming consolidating etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 proportion using by 20mm size hard stone metal including mixing laying and curing the concrete etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Removing the existing cement plaster of any thickness without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50metres or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Providing 20 mm plaster in C.M. 1:3 to internal faces of wall in one coat including curing, scaffolding as directed etc. Complete.

Providing & applying 3 mm thick White finish Plaster Durowhite rendering on internal concrete & brick wall surface etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Providing and laying telephone black / Amba White / Cadbury brown / Ruby red / Ocean Brown granite stone of 18 to 20 mm thick for door frame/ dado/ window boxing etc. On C.M. 1:6 including filling joints with polymer base filler nosing the sharp edges wherever necessary, curing, etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Providing and fixing solid core flush door shutter in single leaf 32 mm thick decorative type of exterior grade as per detailed drawings approved face veneers 3 mm thick on both faces or as directed, all necessary beads, mouldings and lipping, wrought iron hold fasts, chromium plated fixtures and fastenings, with brass mortise lock, chromium plated handle etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Providing and fixing ACP sheet for the toilet door in 25 mm x 75 mm Zindal Alumminum Section Colour anadiezed white 4 mm ACP sheet clear rubers S. S hinges and with fitting accessaries etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Providing and laying Kota Stone Calibrated polish Flooring Tiles, Size 600x600 mm (2'x2'), in approved shade and pattern, for Hall and Bedroom floor area, fixed over a bed of cement mortar and using tile adhesive, jointed with matching grouting material, including cutting, laying, curing, edge finishing, cleaning etc., complete as per site in-charge instructions.

Providing and laying Branded Matt Finish Vitrified Flooring Tiles, Size 600x300 mm (2'x1'), in approved shade and pattern, for bathroom floor area, fixed over a bed of cement mortar and using tile adhesive, jointed with matching grouting material, including cutting, laying, curing, edge finishing, cleaning etc., complete as per site in-charge instructions.

Providing & fixing branded or equivalent brand Glossy Ceramic Wall Tiles of size 600 x 1200 mm (2x4 feet) in bathroom areas, fixed over a cement-based tile adhesive of approved make including grouting, edge finishing, cleaning, and all necessary materials, labour, and tools etc., complete as per direction of site incharge.

Provision for construction of UCR masonry in cement mortar 1:4 including cost of all material and labour charges, curing etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Providing and fixing M.S grill fencing in between 'the steel post of size 100x100x5mm hollow section of 1.90 m. height'(0.30 m. emdeded in concrete) using 16 mm square bars( 22 nos )to a height of 1.60 meters. fabricated by MS 'L' angle of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm for frame and supported with horizontal of M.S. flat of size 50 x 6 mm three nos at the equal intervals as per the sketch eclosed including applying two coat of smoke grey colour enamel paint after aaplying a coat of iron primer etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Providing, fabricating and erecting at site of work the tubular steel structure (shed) as per standard design and specifications having various spans in between trusses and in multiples of standard length of bays as specified as per standard specifications, inclusive of cost of steel tubular trusses,tubular columns purlins, tie runners, foundation bolts, base plates, nuts and bolts, welding wherever required etc. as per detailed drawing inclusive of one coat of anticorrosive paint and two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete. Spec. One Number : As directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Provision for fixing the G. I sheet for roof and vertical side of tin shade and windows with hooks/bolts as per designed drawing as directed etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.

Providing and fixing European type commode white glazed earthenware coupled closet symphonic trap with symphonic low level white glazed 10 liters cistern with black backlite seat and lid with chromium plated brass hinges including CI soil and vet pipe up to the outside face of the wall including 100mm dia GI plug bed, inltet pipe, stop tap etc. all fittings, cutting and making good walls and floor etc. Complete as directed by site icnharge.
