Operation & Routine Maintenance activities and upkeep of all equipment detailed as under and rescue operation of passengers when trapped in 07 Nos. passenger cum goods lifts installed at various Blocks in Academic area. Newly installed Passenger cum goods lifts (Make – Omega) in Block Area. Such as :- Block 1 – 01 Nos. , Block 2 – 02 Nos., Block 3 – 01 Nos., Block 4 – 01 Nos., Block 5 – 01 Nos., Block 6 – 01 Nos. and 01 Nos. Low Rise Platform Lift for Physically challenged persons at Block – II 1st Floor, by providing following staff per day for six days of the week throughout the year as per detail given below:- (a) 03 No.- Lift Operator (b) 01 Nos. – Helper (a) Morning Shift (6 am – 2 pm) – 01 Nos. (b) Evening Shift (2 pm – 10 pm) – 01 Nos. (c) General Shift (8.45 am – 5.30 pm) – 01 No Lift (d) General Shift (8.45 am – 5.30 pm) – 01 Nos. (Helper) Scope of work include :- 1. Preventive maintenance, operation of lifts & breakdown etc as required. 2. Repair & maintenance of lift lights and Machine room panels, lights etc as required. 3. Operation of lifts and rescue operation of passengers of lifts. 4. Any other work assigned by AE(E)/ EE(E) 5. Daily routine works:- (a) Checking of lifts:- Working & Over loading passengers, lift lights, Fan etc as required. (b) Always Clean of all lifts etc. 6. Annual Check-Up:- (a) Renew of lifts & Properly Service maintenance as required. 7. Checking and Cleaning Work shall be carried out as per preventive maintenance schedule (One job means to carry out above work by deputing above specified staff for one month/ 26/27 days.)
