REPAIR TO ROADS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS INSIDE 223 ABOD AREA AT MIL STN SURANUSSI UNDER AGE I SURANUSSI

M & L for repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc cutting around edges, at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed ( including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot hole exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous macadam laid , rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) with paving bitumen VG-10 @4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushig with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally faning the cleaned surfces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5 KG per 10 Sqm of road surface, laying, rolling, consolidating 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid wiht mechanical paver roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and rolled with pressure roller and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to achieve a uniform smooth surface with Pneumatic vibratory roller. Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Mix shall be prepared in Hot mix plant as per job mix formula obtained from authorised testing lab and laying will be done by mechanical paver.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roadspavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction and accordance with manufacturers specifications. Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
