Aluminised Fire Entry Suit containing coat (Flame seal) with pants, having Hood for thermal protection with gold plated tempered glass layers, Overall Gloves, flame retardant Shoes/Boots and a back pouch for wearing Breathing Apparatus Set size medium (02 Nos) & Large (02 Nos) made from Z-Flex (NFPA 701/UL 214 certified) & Zetex fabrics. Other Specifications: (a) Aluminised Z-Flex outer shell. (b) 7 layers of inner insulation for maximum protection (Z-sill, 1-inch fiber-glass insulation aluminized vapour barrier, Zetex plus, 1-inch fiber glass insulation, aluminized vapour barrier, flame-resistant cotton lining). (c) Boot sole made of 2” insulation, FR cotton lining, aluminium foil & insulated wire reinforced sole of neoprene fiber glass. (d) Necessary certification – EN 532:1992 (Limited Flame Spread), EN 367:1992 (Convective Heat), EN 366:1993 (Method B Radiant Heat) EN 407:2004 (Molten Metal Splash) (e) Fire Suit designed for- Ambient Heat - 1500 F (815. C) Total Flame - 2000. F (1093. C) Radiant Heat - 2500-3000.F (1650.C) Test Certificate: The above Fire Suits should be tested from authorized laboratory and original test certificates shall be submitted before supply for approval within 15 days from the date of order.
