Clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stackedsoil in 15cm layer when required into plinth side of foundation consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth with in all leads, lifts complete in all respectsand as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all height and depth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Randum rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6app. Sand) carriage ofmaterial at site and asper the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size and curing complete ecluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in suspended floors, roofs. Landings shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level in all heights and depth. Including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of approved quality in super structure including racking outjoints in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) including all leads, lifts, and carriageof material at site and asper the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors framed manufactured from commercial steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jump lock, jamb beed and if reqd. threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm of base ties of 1.25mm pressed MS welded or regidly fixed together by mechnicall means. Adjustab le lugs with splitends and tailtails jto each jamb i/c steel but hings 2.5mm thick with guards, lock strike plates and shoke as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre treetment of the surface complete.

Providing and fixing steel galzed doors, windows Shutter of standard rolled steel sections joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15mm lugs 10cm. Applying priming coatover new steel and other surfaces after an i/c prepairing foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming paint including all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new steel and other surface under with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade i/c cleaning the surface from all dirt ,dust and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white and carriage of material at site and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Chage.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size and curing complete ecluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in suspended floors, roofs. Landings shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level in all heights and depth. Including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site in:-Lintels, Beams, cantilever and bressummers and like.

Suspended floor roofs landings and like upto 200mm in thickness.

Providing form work of mild steel sheets so as to give a fine finish including centring shuttering strutting and propping etc. heightof propping and centring below floor to ceilingnot exceeding 45mtrs. And removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in, including allleads, lifts and carriage of material

Prov.& Laying CC flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick i/c all leads and lifts and carriage of material at site and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick /stone masonary for interiorplastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and angles not exceeding 80mm in girth andfinished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) including all leads lifts and carriage of material at siteand as per thedirection of the Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing withlime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade i/c throughly brooming and surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter i/c all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screw etc. complete 300x16mm including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing M.S. tower bolts barrel type with necessary screws etc.complete 250x10mm, including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and asper thedirection of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing &fixing M.S. Handle with necessary screws etc. complete 100mm including all leads, lifts and carriage of material of siteand asper thedirection of theEngineer-in-Charge.

Pro.&laying plinth portection 50mm in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 stone agg. 20mm nominall size) i/c finishing the top surface of concrete smoothi/c all leads, lifts and carriage of material opto site and asper the direction of theEngineer-in-Charge.

Providing under layer of plinth protection with stone or brick bats including consolidating etc complete.
