SCOPE OF WORK 1.) Compulsory Preventive maintenance of every machine once in month. It includes, Cleaning of Machine . 2.) Noting of the details of Maintenance is require .

3.) The Contract covers Repair (for satisfactory operation according to authority )replacement of all spare parts including monitor , Keyboard , Mouse, CPU,Powersupply, Motherboard , Telephone, EPBX , Network , Switch etc. 4) Agency Should attend the Breakdown call within 1 hour. Failing which Rs. 500/machine/breakdown call will be deducted.

5.) Incase of breakdown where replacement of spares are required, 24 hrs will be provided for spares except Motherboard and 72hrs will be provided only in case of Motherboard. Failing to meet the time line in case of breakdown where spares invlove Rs. 500/day/machine will be deducted. 6.)All the spare required to be replaced, should be of approved make or as directed by EIC. 7) If the machine is required to be removed / shifted to then a temporary machine of at least same nature will have to install to perform official work no extra claim will be entertain for this temporary computer machine . If loan machine is not provided timely by agency, a penal amount of Rs. 100/day will be deducted from the contractor’s bill till reinstallation of Computer & allied networking devices or as per the direction of EIC)

8)The contractor should have their office with Telephone number and Mobile number in Kolkata and the same should be intimated to this Department in writing, the telephone call should be responded without delay. 9)The agency should provide photo identity cards to all the maintenance staff employees including substitute’s employee(s) duly signed by concerned agency . 10).In case of any accident and/or physical illness of the staffs of the agency, while on duty, no claim will be entertained by this department and all responsibilities thereof should be shouldered by the agency only. 11 )Cartidge refilling is beyond the scope
