Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, translucent, polycarbonate sheet or any type of sheet, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 making good of dismantled portion by plastered/concrete work and match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated crimp curved steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F for 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforcement translucent plain / corrugated sheeting fixed with coach screw and washers in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing the newly plastered wall surface and applying primer with applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sq complete all as specified and directed. M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick (approved colour) machine cut, as in floor over and including with 15 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seism and other similar bands, plinth courses, string course, lacings courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly round or chamfered angles and thorating all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) as in plinth protection laid to slope 1 in 12 and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and incl all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges rough or rounding or chemferring where directed and providing 6 mm thick joints through the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling of one part of hot bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of fine sand (all by wt.) complete all specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer on new Steel Surfaces width or girth exc 10cm including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One coats of synthetic enamel paint on old Steel Surfaces width or girth exc 10cm including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing at site factory made kerb stone of required shape and size of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required and incl dismantling of existing kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamelled paint in any approved pattern and colour including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of Kerb stone /concrete/plaster surfaces exceeding 10cm width or grith not other wise provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated wall surface by scrapping by electrically operated grinder machine/electric regmal machine and applying primer with applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sq (Note: Quoted rates shall be deemed included painting at any height including scaffolding work, as required. )

M&L for Providing and fixing precast cement concrete block type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregates) in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with ma?sonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham?fers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as spe3cified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement incl dismantling of existing railing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs factory made manholes covers/ Kitchen GT Cover/ Drain Cover with 2 No. handles, with MS flat all round the cover and incl reinforecement with cement conc 1:2:4 type B-I, (20mm graded stone agg ) of any thickness and size laid with cement mortar 1:6 in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in dado/vertical surface (300mm x600mm x 7-8 mm) thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over including screeding 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall complete in all respect as specified. Colour and pattern approved by EIC)

M&L cement concrete 25 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in sub base of floors finished fair and even complete all as directed

M & L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repairs, 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) of approved quality and colour with minium 0.025 mm thick aluminium foil and joints filled with silicon jel over necessary steel frame as in cladding to cover the steel columns and beams complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Necessary steel supporting frame work for cladding shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

S&F stainless steel letter, comma, dash, logo etc of 800 mm height and 32 mm depth made of 1 mm thick stainless steel with seemless welding rubbed, polished and edges made smooth with necessary fixing device complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil stretched to a length of 10 metres to achieve 600 mm dia (weighing not less than 8.50 Kg per 10 RM of length), having 50 Nos rounds per 5.4 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre and fixing the same with existing Y-shape angle iron to steel parts and another coil/MS Nibs alloys shown on drgs incl fixing with special galvanised fastners such as clips, U clips all as speicified and directed. Note :- Linear length of coil after stretching and fixing shall be measured for purpose of Payment.

M&L for Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for shafts, cesspits, manholes pier holes, foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, includingspreading, levelling, wateringand well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm on soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing out side the MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular tru-sses of required shape including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel bolts of dia of neck exc 12 mm and n exc 20 mm, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 30 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- The work described in these items shall be executed in bldgs up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements, trestles, ladders etc and hessian clothes where required, for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same shall be deemed included in the quoted unit rates. Note :- Removing building materials /old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc.on alternate day to a distance of 5km or beyond out side MOD Land and the cost for the same shall be deemed included in the quoted unit rates.
