Ditto- all as per Item No. 21.00 above but as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified tiles double charged (light shade) 8 to 9mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm (600x600mm), as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces as in dado of size 450mm x 300mm x 6-7 mm thick, set and jointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, on other than fair faces of brick work etc complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling of kota, granite, cudappa stone slab, and interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floor, laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar, all as specified and as directed.

S&F laminated Gypsum tile board 8mm thick with textured white colour PVC film on the face side and metalized polyster (MPL) film on rear side in ceiling as per manufacturers instructions of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm

and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, including dismantling existing false ceiling work of any description all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any type and any thickness including mud in roofs, plastering, plaster of any thickness cutting & uprooting trees /roots / vegetation growth & removing the debris from the site premises outside MoD land and material and labour for providing and laying in situ water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) polymer modified prefabricated membrane over roof with following procedure complete all as specified & as directed:- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly including roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc (b) Providing and laying 10mm thick screed bed/plaster with cement mortar 1:3 in roof surface with and including WPC (liquid) as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) Applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/sqm on prepared surface.

(d) Laying water proofing roof membrane APP polymer modified prefabricated membrane using Butane torch by torch application with 100 mm side laps and 150 mm end lap. All overlap shall be firmly bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by heating the overlaps with Butane torch. Physical properties of APP membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane thickness - 3 mm (minimum) (ii) Membrane weight - 3.60 Kg/Sqm (minimum) (iii) Five layer reinforced with Non woven polyester weight not less than 150 Gm/Sqm. (e) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 0.11kg/sqm for each coat. Note : The cost of liquid WPC shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete, ISI mark all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning existing roof/ floor surfaces properly with steel wire brushes, removal of all loose particles to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, (using water proofing liquid) as in levelling course finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all a specified and as directed.

M&L for extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated width or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work exc 15 cm but n exc 30 cm in width and girth, including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 (using water proofing liquid as per manufacturers instructions) on concrete surfaces of sunken portion. The corners of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate the pipe and curing of sunken portion shall be carried out with water for a minimum of 48 Hrs by ponding complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing liquid shall be paid separately.

M&L for Brushing cement slurry @ of 1.2 Kg of cement per square metre duly blended with & including water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S&F APP polymer modified prefabricated membrane using Butane torch by torch application with 100mm side laps APP membrane shall be of minimum weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick five layered reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 liter/sqm on prepared surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (type F-2) 1:7:12 for filling of sunken portion after concealing all membrane and sealing all joints complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing hole in the wall and fixing 600 mm long, 20mm dia GI spouts light grade including packing and filling holes around pipes with PCC 1:3:6 type C0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
