Material & labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 10mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick including testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS (conforming to IS-694), stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade in PVC casing caping (medium grade) of adequit size with all fittings and accessories surface type including one run 4 Sqmm single core unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLS (conforming to IS-694) as earth wire, including taking down old unserviceable one of any type and any size ( including wooden batten, PVC conduit or casing caping), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS (conforming to IS-694), stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade in PVC PVC casing caping (medium grade) of adequit size with all fittings and accessories surface type including one run 6 Sqmm single core unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLS (conforming to IS-694) as earth wire, including taking down old unserviceable one of any type and any size ( including wooden batten, PVC conduit or casing caping), complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No. 18 & 19 :- (i) Two runs of cable with one run earth wire and PVC casing caping shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) Extra length of cable required for connection to DBs shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate and shall not be measured separately.
