Design, Construction, erection, testing and commissioning of MPS and following components including 6 years Defect Liability cum Maintenance period and 3 months trial run period – as per detail attached: i) RCC Receiving chamber, Coarse Screen chamber, Rectangular Collecting tank in two compartments, Panel Room of 35 sqm suitable for 6.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 2.50 landscaping of the campus (ii)Providing and installing of 5 No. Submersible sewage Pumping sets of i.e 1 No. of 6250 LPM ( 375 m3/hr) 2 No. of 4200 LPM (250 m3/hr) and 2 No. of 2100 LPM ( 125 m3/hr) with 20.00 mtr Head each suitable LT Panel equipped with all safety devices automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable from LT Panel to pump sets complete in all respects. (iii)1 No. Chain electric hoist with electric trolley of 3 tone, 10 m lift. (iv)DI K-9 pipe of suitable dia of MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked DI fittings, Sluice valves as per requirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respects. (v) 3 No. CI gear operated sluice gates with SS spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) ( 2 No. screens and 1 No. for partition of collecting tank) as per design. (vi)supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical coarse screen of minimum length 6 mtr for 6.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 2.50.: (vii) The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewer to newly constructed structures is included in this scope of work. (viii) All the pumping machinery, Panel board, level sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internal facility.

i) Design, Construction, Erection Testing and Commissioning of 6.00 MLD Capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor of rectangular shape (SBR) Technology complete in all respects. (ii) Landscaping, Annexe Building and Utility Building, Sludge Room, Centrifuge Building, HT/ LT Panel Room, PLC Room, Centrifuge Houses, Laboratory, Office, MCC, Pantry, Chlorination Building, Blower Room and Toilet Blocks ( Approximate area 450.00 Sqm) etc and all other contingent. (iii) Electrical, Mechanical, Electromagnetic Flow measurement device on inlet and outlet, Real Time Water supply monitoring with data collection system (Online Analyzer). (iv) Laboratory equipments as per requirement. (v) 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal Pole of 4 mm thickness Providing and Fixing solar light, 75 watt with dark and motion sensor, (vi) Providing and installing 6 No. CCTV Cameras ( 4 Cameras for STP and 2 Cameras for MPS) complete as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge. (vii)Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1W plus 1S) both mechanical including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, Electric Panel board, etc. as per design complete in all respect including Packing dry sludge in 20 kg bag and supply the same in market Kisan Seva Kendra or as desired by the Engineer in charge within lead as posited as clause 4.4.5. (viii) Construction of Boundary wall constructed over RCC Columns (ix) Construction of cement concrete pathway 250 m x 3 m wide. (x) Construction of 2 No. Staff Quarter of 61 Sqm area each. (xi) Site clearance as desired by the Engineer in charge. Including 6 years Defect Liability cum Maintenance period and 3 months trial run period

Supplying and Installation of Odour Control System : Biotrickling Filter plus Activated Carbon Polishing stage complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including Covering of MPS, Sludge Tanks, Ducting thereof to the Odour plant and all other works contingent thereto. Including 6 years Defect Liability cum Maintenance period and 3 months trial run period
