S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 6 mm thick category C class 7 type A fibre reinforced cement (non-asbestos cement), corrugated or semi corrugated sheets as per IS 14871: 2000 in roofs, wall etc. fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing fittings for 6 mm thick sheet to complete the roofing at the verge, ridge, hip, eaves, etc. hips in reinforced cement (non-asbestos cement), (as per IS 14871: 2000) fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wooden boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F structural timbers of group B, first or second choice as per IS 3629: 1986, planed one side with butt joints in boarding fixed in roofs, ceilings, partitions, fascia, barge, soffit, etc. (except florring and skirting), 20 mm thick fixed with nails in any situation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings in unframed works, 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position

Dismantling wooden fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sqcm in section in unframed works, in any position

M & L for structural timbers of group B, first or second choice as per IS 3629: 1986, wrought in scantlings and timber fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605 mm x 605 mm in true horizontal level, hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 mm X 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross “T” of size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 mm X 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 mm X 600 mm and wall angle of size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 mm X 37 mm X 25 mm X 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 mm X 30 mm X 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 4 mm thick plain fibre cement flat sheets type B, any category as per IS 14862: 2000 (non-asbestos) building boards, fixed to timber/GI /Aluminium framework with screw complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square meter complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as levelling course of roof padding finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 over RCC slab mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction all as specified. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M & L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and applying APP modified bituminous water proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement and plain finish of 3 mm thick (not less than 3.8 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25° C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc. and including applying bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.125 Kg / sqm on finished APP surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for concrete cradle in M15 (Nominal Mix) concrete using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate for laying of concrete pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan of pattern “long pan”, size 580 mm, white with ‘P’ or ‘S' trap, front or back inlet and foot rests, any pattern and including fixing bolt, connector to flush pipe, lime concrete bedding and making connections to flush pipe, connector to branch soil pipe branch pipe and anti syphonage pipes etc. including sealing the joints and making leak proof using sealant complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), soil waste pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store or taken on schedule of credit (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wood or wooden surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
