Repairing of damaged/unserviceable gang operate devices 11/33 KV male & female contacts, flexible jumpers, MS jumper carrier and back connector plate incl cleaning and greasing of complete contacts of GOD unit, DO fuse unit and reluging of aluminium conductors connected to top & bottom contacts of GOD and DO units incl. welding and threading of operating rod mechanism complete making serviceable all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Necessary parts like knife, male/female contacts and aluminium conductor for jumpering, GI pipe and handle will be Measured and paid separately against respective item. (ii) Rates for T&P required viz; Welding machine, threading arrangements, grease, jumper and binding wire etc deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fix male contact/moving contact blade complete suitable for 11 KV GOD vertical type.

Supply and fix female contact/fix contact jaw complete suitable for 11 KV GOD vertical type.

Supply and fix pin type porcelain insulator, vitreous white brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washer and GI Nuts 150 mm height 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade, Max failing pressure 10 KW complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Loop type porcelain insulator, vitreous white brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washer and GI Nuts 90mmx140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing any type and any size of broken poles including dismantling of cross arms (channel/ angles) insulators and earth work complete all as directed at site. NOTE- (i) Rates includes demolition of concrete and making good. (ii) Dismantling of cross arms (Channels/angles) and insulators will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule.

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete poles 11 M long of size 152 mm x152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom class-9, conforming to relavent latest IS including refixing of connecting items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge on site. Note : - (i) PCC Work, excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Refixing of cross arms (Channels/angles) and insulators will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule. (iii) The PCC pole shall be marked with manufacturer name, IS number, class and CG etc.(iv) Necessary Zebra painting to be carried out on the bottom of pole upto 1.5 Mtr and cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with 230x230x 6 mm thick plate and 16 mm dia stay rod all as shown in elect plate NO-1 of SSR-part -1 including stay wire of appropriate size all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : - Excavation, PCC, stay wire, Loop insulator, clamps etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in any type of soil and site clearance in soft and loose soil all as directed by EIC.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable LT/HT Pole/ strut/ stay assembly and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil/rock) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m where directed.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering all as specified and directed.

M&L for river sand cushioning to underground cable for cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable including spreading and leveling all as specified and directed. Note: Punning thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with no gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover over underground cables for protection.

M&L for Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by mannual /machine, including fixing of HDPE pipe of 100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directd by EIC.

M&L for 100mm bore GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall including clamps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and lay of XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor HT 11 KV (E) volts grade cross sectional 95 sq mm 3.0 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable OH conductor all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for end jointing kit, indoor type heat shinkable, 50 sqmm to 95 Sqmm, 3 core suitable for 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated electric power cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item no 19 above but outdoor type.

Under ground Cable Testing / fault detection by authorised agency with Computerised Fault Detection Van complete to find the fault location for 33/11 KV rated UG cables as directed by Engineer in Charge at site. Note :- Any excavation and earth work and cable joint work involved will be measured and paid separately against respective item.

Supply and fix switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator (09 insulators) and steel frame with operating mechanism including spring loaded mechanism set of three working from ground level, including locking arrangement of Current rating up to 200 Amps (Vertical type), 11000 volt.

Supply and fix in replacement swing out expulsion fuse assembly single pole (drop out fuse) for 11000 Volts of cap. 100 Amps complete with MS channel, post insulators etc all as specified.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary form work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as directed by EIC

M&L for Trimming and pruning of one tree complete cutting of all branches of any dia but not exceeding 3" girth up to a safe distance from the over head lines complete all as directed at site and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance and clearing the site all as directed by AGE EM-III. NOTE:- 1. The necessary man power, tool & plant, cutting tools and JCB required for cutting/pruning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job. 2. Proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only. 3. T&P / Vehicle mounted Telescopic Ladder required for carry out the work at a height up to 15 meter will be issued to contractor under Schedule 'C' as demanded by contractor.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exc 1.5 m but n.exc 3.0 m in depth for errection of PCC pole in hard/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for ZEBRA painting of PCC poles 9/11 m long alongwith road upto 1.5 m height from pedestal, with two coats of synthetic enamel paints in 30 cm height incl painting of pole coping with white paint all as directed by EIC.

M & L for painting work to steel tubular pole/rail pole upto 11/9 mtr long painting with two coats of enamel synthetic silver paints over a one coat of red oxide incl painting of pole coping with white paint and zebra painting upto 1.5 mtr from pole coping all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for painting of cross arms, clamps or any other iron parts mounted on PCC poles 9/11 m long alongwith road with two coats of synthetic enamel paints all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for writing pole number of minimum 10 cm height with black paint over base of yellow paint on PCC/steel poles of LT supply complete all as directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in single red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT pole of size 25 x 20 cm size including complete fixing arrangement with iron stip 25mm x 3mm with nut, bolts and paints etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for upgradation of two pole structure including dressing, clamping of HT cable through suitable size of GI protection pipe, fixing of GI earthing strips, burring of all cable loops, any earth work etc with thighting or replacement of all jumpers, Danger notice boards, Anti climbing devices at all Two pole structures complete including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer on steel member/structrure all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - (i) GI pipe, ACSR conductors, Danger notice plates, MS anti clembing devices, etc shall be measured and paid separatelyunder respective items. (ii) Earth work, surface dressing etc deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only. (iv) T&P / Vehicle mounted Telescopic Ladder required for carry out the repair work at a height up to 15 meter will be provided to contractor as demanded by contractor. (v) Zebra painting to be carried out on the bottom of pole upto 1.5 Mtr and cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as per Srl item no 34 above but of four pole structure

Supply and fix in replacement of gap less metal oxide type Lightning Arrestor (LA), 9.0 KV grade discharge current 65 KA, distibution class conforming to IS-3070 including taking out old U/S LA assembely complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing & stringing of ACSR conductor on poles with jumpring and binding with aluminium conductors and in yards with and incl aluminum connectors of required shape and suitable for conductor size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Restringing only of ACSR conductor straightening properly on insulators and binding with aluminum taps /binding wire /conductor jumper etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for replacement of cradles, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with GI earth wire 4 mm dia GI wire all as directed at site.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. Note : Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electric plate no-3 in SSR Part-I.

Material and labour for GI strip laid in trenches / fixed on wall of size 32 mm x 6 mm laid for inter connecting /extension in earthing including excavation and earth work complete all as directed at site.
