Surface excavation to required camber and gradient not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard /dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Add to or (deduct from) Srl Item No 01 above for every 3 cm or part thereof above or below 15 cm average depth and getting out in hard /dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in filling and mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area n exc. 400 Sqm and depth exc. 50mm but not exc. 100mm, stacking the serviceable material at site and removing the surplus material n exc. 50m, complete all as specified

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, including filling in soft spots, depressions, etc. which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required camber and gradient, etc. including watering before or during rolling, all complete all as specified and as directed .

150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones of size range 100 to 50mm, deposited, spread, leveled in one layer, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

150mm thick (in two layers each 75mm thick)(compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of granite, trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated with power roller of 8 to 12 tonne to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

All as per srl item No 8 above but except material (aggregate).

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying priming/tack coat with bituminous (Grade VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mixing to be carried out at Hot Mixing Plant and spreading by Mechanical paver.

Preparing top surfaces of WBM/WMM of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & providing evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer viscosity of bitumen grade VG-10 @ 10.0 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Mixing to be carried out at Hot Mixing Plant and spreading by Mechanical paver

Preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and providing evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer viscosity of bitumen grade VG-10 @ 5.0 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in moulded kerb stone (mechanically manufactured), etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation new bituminous surfaces of road by scratching spots, oils, greasy spots etc and applying thermoplastic road marking paint as in sides of road, centre line, white or golden yellow colour of width upto 150mm as MORTH specification MOST 803.4 complete all as specified and as directed.
