Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking topieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300-2 with a lead upto 50 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3

Providing laying spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel (crushed stone) as per Table 400-1,400-2 or any other course material as per design mix, as per CBR in sub base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labor, machinery, lighting guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification : Clause 401]. WBM Grading 1 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening & binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 1 as per MoRTH Specification Clause 404. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate as per table 500 - 6, grading -1for base / binder course including loading of aggregates with F.E loader and heating and mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in approved hot mix plant as per clause 6.5 of manual transporting the mixed material in tipper to paver and laying mixed material with sansor paver finisher to the required level and grade rolling by power roller & vibratory compactor to achieve the desired density (approved by the department )excluding cost of primer /tack coat [MoRTH Specification : Clause 504,112] 50-100 mm compacted thickness with 3.30% bitumen with lead of mix 20 Km.Grading I (40 mm nominal size) 3.3 % of Bitumen mix Bitumen Grade VG-30
