Supply and delivery at site submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type submersible motor having the following specification pump. Motor : Submersible type 3 Ph. 50 Hz. 400V + 10%, Star Delta Impeller : GM/ SS/ Cromesteel Motor winding : Wet Type. Pump outlet - 65/75/100 mm. Suitable for size of tubewell : 300 mm x 200 mm. (Test certificate, warranty certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery.)

For Zone-IV B, T.W. No.- I & II : Duty Condition : 600 LPM Head : 58 mtr.

For Zone-I, II, III, VII, IX & X, T.W. No.- I & II : Duty Condition : 667 LPM Head : 58 mtr.

Supply and delivery at site the following :- uPVC 80 mm dia column pipe with both side square threaded (8 TPI) with one socket and 'O' ring biax technology with wiring lock system non corrosive, high tensile having ISO 9001 standard.

Supply and delivery at site 80 mm. dia CIDF sluice valve- 1 No., 80mm non return valve (swing type - 1 no.) PN - 1.0, 80mm MS heavy flange - 1 no., CIDF Bend 90o - 1 no., CIDF / MS (Heavy) short piece as required length, 80mm CIDF Tee - 1 no., reducer, nut bolt and other CI / MS specials etc. as required as per I.S. specification and other required materials for the job i.e. for making complete construction of delivery and wash out line as per relavant I.S. (Test certificate for valve should be submitted at the time of delivery).

Supply and delivery at site split type M.S. fabricated suitable tubewell cover for the tubewell housing with necessary clamping arrangement including holes for column pipe, Air pipe and cable entry etc.

Supply and delivery at site Depth gauge 102 mm dia. with steel airbreak pipe required length with all other fittings and accessories for the work including supplying on the good quality hand pump of approve make

Supply and delivery at site Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete.

Supply and delivery at site 4 sq. mm. 3 core copper 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated water proof flat submersible cable. (22 nos. T.W. @ 90 mtr. cable)

Making safety device for above pump by supplying 3 nos. suitable size MS clamp/ MS Cage and 1" dia nylon rope of required length including supplying nuts, bolts, and other materials as per direction.

Supply & delivery of cast iron double flanged three phase 50 Hz quarter turn electrical actuator [gear case lubrication : SP68 IS:13095, Torch switches: 2 x 1 NO / 1 NC changeover contact, positional limit switches: 2 x 1 NO / 1 NC changeover contacts] operated wafer type butterfly valve (PN - 1.0) 80 mm. dia with mechanical position indicator, CI body & disk - IS: 210 gr. FG 260, shaft of stainless steel AISI 410 as per BS 5155 IP - 68 / S-2. (Test certificate should be submitted at the time of delivery)

Supply & delivery of 415 V MCC cum PDB. with minimum 2mm thickness and degree of protection IP - 54, conforming to IS-8623 withsuitable Bus bar, Digital Voltmeter Ammeter, Contactor, delay timer, MCB, Valve Actuator starter etc. with PLC Logic & UPS as detailed in Annexure - I [TC / GC to be submitted along with panel after approval of detail power and control circuit drawing by EIC].

Supply & delivery of 100 Amp 4 pole MCCB with adjustable overload and adjacent short circuit protection including enclosures.

Supply & delivery at site of 3 phase Oil cooled type servo motor operated wound line voltage corrector conforming to IS-9815 [Pt-I] 1994 suitable for unbalanced input voltage. Input voltage: 3 phase main supply phase to phase 250V-500V 3 servo motor in 3 phase with all protection by MCB (Make- ABB / Siemens/ L&T) Output voltage: 3 phase balanced output phase to phase 415V + 1% (Test certificate & warranty certificate should be submitted at the time of delivery)

for Zone-IVB,(T.W.No-I & II) a) 25 KVA

for Zone-I,II, III, IVA, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X. (T.W.No-I&II) . b) 30 KVA

Supply and delivery of automatic plunger type chlorinator for feeding accurately automatic controlled dosage of chlorine solution into the water by connecting metering pump with flow rate of water 0-100 ltr/hr. with maximum pressure of 10 kg./cm2 suitable dosing pump and other necessary accessories on the delivery pipe line as required. The pump shall be coupled with 1/2 HP motor having 3 phase power and 1440 RPM (+4%). (Test Certificate will be submitted at the time of delivery)

PART-B

Installation of pumping machinery with valves, pipe & pipe specials, sort piece, presurre gauge including hoisting of column pipe making all electrical and water line interconnection complete as per direction including supply of necessary materials as required for the work.

Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3'x 3'x 3.5' approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction.

Installtion of panel & actuator operated CI butterfly valve with supply of 12 core 2.5 sq. mm. copper control cable, compensating MS flange, nuts, bolts gasket and other fixing materials as required to complete the job including necessary making of brick pillar as per site situation with supply of necessary materials like bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing in all respect including successfull operation along with testing of the whole installation as per entire satisfaction of EIC.

Installation with testing and commissioning of the voltage stabilizer with necessary foundation along with necessary accessories in the suitable position and drawing cable with MS shaddle, making all electrical connection including socketing, crimping to complete the work as per direction.

Installation of above supplied chlorinator pump set and drawing of power line by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing connected to auto/ manual panel. This includes the cost of making necessary brick foundation base with neat cement finish by supplying all requered materials and testing entire set as per direction of EIC.

Making internal electrification with 16Amp main switch/MCB by 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH grade copper PVC insulated single core multistrand wire (Make: Havells/ Mescab/ Finolex/ Any approved) in PVC casing of pump house consisting of 2 nos. bracket point, 1 no. tube light point, 1 no. bulk head point and 1 no. five pin 5 amp. socket point, 1 no. ceiling fan point with controlling switches including supply of 2 nos. bracket with 12W LED lamp, 1 no. 20 watt LED tube light set, 1 no. outdoor type bulk head with 9W LED lamp and drawing of necessary earthing (1.0 sq.mm) material all complete as per direction EIC.

Supply and fitting fixing of 45 watt. x 2 nos. LED light set [Model: BRP031 LED45 CW SLR GR PSU] with 2 nos 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixed on the roof of the pump house with properly grout including making power connection by 2 x 1.5 sq. mm copper FR grade flexible wire through PVC casing/conduit with drawing earth conductor (1.0 sq mm copper flexible wire), fitting fixing of 15 amp switch on board with all complete as per direction of EIC.

Earthing confirming to IS: 3043 by 50mm dia GI pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04m long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 mts. Long), 13mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers including supply & fixing of 15mm dia GI pipe protection (1 mtr long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mtrs below the ground level and restoring surface duly rammed as below. a) For Soft Soil By TATA - Medium GI pipe (22 nos. T.W. @ 2 item earthing)

Drawing earth by M.S. Flat strip (20mm x 3mm) from earth bus / electrode to above different components as per I.E. Rules and as per direction of EIC. (12 nos. T.W. @ 2 item earthing strip)

Supply & fitting fixing of 100 Amp. Kit kat (3 nos.) with required size wooden board mounted on wall.

Supply, delivery & fitting fixing of 48'' sweep 230 volt, 50 Hz, AC ceiling fan including fitting fixing on ceiling and making electrical connection complete.

Supply & delivery at site 2 nos. Plastic Chair & 1 no. Plastic Table.

Trial operation and guarding of whole installation as per departmental requirement and guideline 1 no. operator @ 404/- per day with 8.33% bonus. [As per existing Departmental Terms & Conditions]
