M&L for second class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed and rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue and pinned at joints, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F second class hardwood factory-made plain framed and panelled shutters, 35 mm thick, using BWP commercial plywood or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. Size of rails and stiles as per IS: 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F second class hardwood glazed skeleton shutters, 35 mm thick, open rebated, without sash bars, all as specified in Clause 8.24(a) of SSR Part I, Section 8, for doors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, 30 mm thick, for windows/ventilators, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. Sizes of members of shutters as per SSR Part I, Section 8, Clause 8.24(a), complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory-made uPVC white colour sliding windows, not exceeding 2 Sqm each, three-track, made of extruded profiles with wall thickness 2.3 mm (±0.2 mm), window profile with multi-chamber hollow sections. Frame size 88 mm × 52 mm, sliding sash 42 mm × 67 mm, sliding mesh sash 42 mm × 57 mm, sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutter) 45.5 mm × 28 mm, glazing bead 24.6 mm × 16 mm, mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water, making arrangements for fixing hardware, EPDM gasket, and 1.2 mm (±0.2 mm) thick galvanised steel reinforcement: frame (30 mm × 18 mm) – 2 Nos, sliding sash (30 mm × 18 mm), sliding mesh sash (26 mm × 10 mm). Frame fixed to wall with 8 mm × 100 mm long fasteners, complete with hardware (zinc alloy touch lock with white powder coating), steel roller system, stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal diameter and average aperture width 1.40 mm, and all accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 18 mm thick WPC board, one side laminated, as in cupboards, including solvent cement, stainless steel hinges/handles, SS screws, etc., as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel channels, 50 cm to 60 cm long, suitable for smooth movement of drawers, complete all as specified and directed.
