CIVIL WORKS 1.00 EARTHWORKS Earthwork in excavation over areas (exceeding 30cms in depth, 1.50m in width as well as 10sqmts on plan) in all types of stratas comprising of any type of materials such as soil, silt clay, sand, gravel, murrum of all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissured/shattered rock, decomposed rocks, weathered rock, etc & all such other materials either in full or part as the case may be adopting any method/methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling, wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, foul, saturated, submerged etc as directed by Engineer etc. all complete including refilling, dressing of sides, ramming of bottom, including all lead & lift, including getting out the excavated soil as directed including pumping & bailing out water, barricading danger, lightening, guarding as directed by Engineer upto depth of 1.5m (Blasting Prohibited)

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches, plinth sides, foundation, etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each layer by ramming & watering lead upto 50m & all lifts & disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in charge

Supplying & filling in plinth under floors, trenches including watering, ramming, consolidating & dressing complete Moorum

2.00 BRICK MASONARY WORKS Brick work using fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with bricks of class designation 40 kgs / cm2. in foundation & plinth 230 x 110 x 80 mm

Brick work using fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with bricks of class designation 40 kgs / cm2. in superstructure upto floor five level 230 x 110 x 80 mm

3.00 LATERITE MASONARY WORKS Providing & laying rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming & consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches & other foundations complete

Providing & fixing laterite stone cladding tiles of 6" x 12" or 7" x 12" in sizes having thickness 19mm including fixing material - cement, adhesive & installation done in paper joint with natural grout finish, including polishing (warnish or nano coating of completed cladding works)

Providing & fixing shera boards to vertical walls with MS tube sections 40x40mm connecting to the RCC members with insert plate using HSFG bolt braced at equal interval, (maximum height to be covered using shera board is upto 9m)

Providing & laying Autoclave Aerated cement blocks masonry (Light Weight Foam Concrete Blocks) with 100 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The rate includes providing & placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work
