M & L for Applying two coat high performance elastomeric cementitious water proofing coating on external wall and roof surfaces using Brush Bond RFX components (i.e mixture of powder 15 kilogram + Nito Bond BBX 4.8 litres + clean fresh water 3 litres) of M/s Fosroc Chemicals (I) Pvt Ltd or IPH 21 Resin & IPH 21 Hardener in proportion of 2:1 all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Removing loose and broken concrete carefully by chiseling / picking etc upto a depth up to 40 mm from columns, beams, ceiling and similar structural members cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust, dirt and other foreign particle etc and washing with clean water all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Safety precaution shall be ensured by the contractor while carry out the work

Material and labour for applying one coat of anti corrosive primer @ 0.25 Ltrs/Sqm for the steel area to exposed old and new reinforcement to the full circumference and length of bars to form unbroken 40 micron thick film all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
