The control panel shall have expandable capacity from 2 loops to 16 loops. The Panel must have Full colour 8 x 480 LCD with resistive touch screen and automatic black light dimming. The Panel must also have the capability to take addressable intelligent wired and wireless devices on same loop and an event log of minimum 10,000 events @1 Second resolution, filterable and Printable, three access levels panel shall support upto 5000 causes & effects entries, with upto 20,000 inputs controlling & 20,000 Controlling output across the network and peer to peer networking through RS 485 network card. Supply, install, fixing, commissioning and testing of diesel engine driven fire pump (Stand by Pump) of for 90m Head, 2280 litre per minute( LPM ) discharge suitable for automatic operation consisting of following:- (a) Horizontally mounted, split casing, Centrifugal fire pump complete for delivery of under mentioned discharge complete with necessary strainers, pressure gauge including by pass arrangement for periodic testing of the working of the pump set as well as testing of automation with required length and size of medium grade GI pipe and control valves for proper completion of work. The pump shall be capable of giving 150% of rated discharge at head not less than 65% of rates head with Mechanical seals , enclosed type bronze impeller and accurately balanced dynamically, cast iron casing, and stainless steel , , anti vibration pads complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Diesel engine developing suitable BHP for the above capacity pump set with manual and automatic starting mechanism including engine starting panel, lead acid batteries of 24 V, 180 AH battery charger unit, desel tank for eight hours complete with inlet and outlet connections, fuel filter, fuel lift pump, oil indication gauge, exhaust silencer, exhaust system of suitable dia, class 'C' M.S. pipe including 50mm thick rock wool insulation and cladded with 22 gauge aluminium sheet in an approved manner, fly wheel, air intake manifold, air cleaner, radiator, radiator fan, lub, oil, pressure gauge, filter, cooling water temperature gauge and all other accessories required to complete the system. The motor shall be rated for continuous duty and shall have HP rating necessary to drive the pump at 150% of its rated discharge at 65% of rated head completion of work complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Necessary foundation, base frame & bolting required for installation high pump set shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for this item.
